Newsflash, genius: you're not going to lose weight in 9 days unless you do something at least that drastic; also, push-ups aren't going to do you any favors. No protein or carbs is sort of a bad idea. You need things in both, but like anything you eat, if you eat more calories than you're burning you'll gain weight. Fish is very good for you. It contains healthy fats that reduce cholesterol, and Omega-3 fatty acids which improve your heart health. What? Are you serious? For 9 days? You'll friggin die, kid. If you don't get neither Carbs nor protein, your only energy-source option is fat. And that's not recommended. 1 big ass butcher knife.
1 needle
1 roll thick thread
Steps: Cut open your gut, yank out all that fat (and any unwanted internal organs. May as well since you're already in there) then stitch yourself back up with the needle and thread. Should only take you a week to heal. Or... you know... die. Either way.
