Oh man, I've been reading along the RP thread, and I'm really digging it. Keep up the nice work guys, I got a feeling things are going to get pretty interesting. Really curious about what the hell is the creature in the room too... I'll be keeping my eye on this RP, really nice read!

Gender: Male

Age: 25

Nationality: British

Appearance: A messy mass of brown curls sits a top his head, it looks wild and even his best efforts fail to tame it. He tends to keep himself to himself, thus is usually seen with his head down while walking or working. He usually wears chef whites although has long abandoned the silly hat, he keeps a knife hidden in a pocket under the shirt a habit developed back when he was working on solid ground. Years of carrying sacks of food and such has kept him in fairly good shape, the majority of his muscles being in his arms whereas his legs not so much. Finally the index finger on his left hand is missing, cut clean off.

Biography: Philip started out fairly humbly, living in a low income family that only just scraped it day to day, he had dreams of travelling out to the stars and jumped at the chance to study as an engineer, the thoughts of travelling through space eclipsing any reason in his mind.

This dream was short lived and he soon found himself without money, his parents long having given up on him upon seeing the school fees they couldn't spare, wasted. He was quick to jump at any job to appear and ended up working in the kitchen of a fast food restaurant. Every scrap of food he managed to sneak away was like fine dining for him, eventually he developed a taste for ingredients of food, he had to know what went into what and what foods worked well together.

After saving for a couple of years he was able to find himself a place to live and things began to go well from there, he got a job in a fairly high-end restaurant, working in awe under some of the best chefs England had to offer. Until one day he was made an offer he couldn't refuse. A shadey character offered Philip more money than he had managed to make in his entire life for one simple act, poisoning a meal. Greed overcame any reason and he hastily accepted and that night one rather important government official croaked it in the restaurant. After heavy investigation Philip was discovered to be the murderer but with the money for the job and a small amount he had saved up he managed to make his escape and create a new identity. For the first time in so many years, his dreams of travelling through the stars had risen again...

After a few well placed bribes and well forged qualifications he was able to secure a position on the SS Aurora as a chef.

Personality: After all he's been through its caused him to be more than a little wary with people, and has grown increasingly paranoid while on the run. Hence he tends to keep himself to himself and rarely speaks to others, choosing rather to appear as a hard working individual and nothing else. He also keeps a knife on his person after working in the fast food restaurant and building up a habit of keeping one on him incase of vermin.

Perks/Flaws:

Knife use (+1): Years of handling knives have blessed him with an uncanny skill at wielding one either as a weapon or a tool.

Clumsyness (-1): Ultimately his downfall in hiding the murder, he's clumsy, hence the missing finger.

I'm going to see if I can wait on my roommate to draw the interesting creatures you may see in the future. If she's a bit on the slow side though, (She has school) I'll go on without her art. I might quote terribleyetfun to see if he's still interested/active.

As such his character, will be mine for a short bit. He's going to flee to a safe place for the next while, hiding. Coming back, he'll probably hate himself, but the ship is large, and the important part is that by doing this, his char will be in a place where he cannot be harmed or killed.

When he comes back, Johann will be safe, and ready to emerge from the depths... Probably hating himself for acting like an idiot.

Hiei82 (capek) has also notified me of some similar situation. Though, for the next few days I'll keep a close eye on her char, and i'll probably post once or twice for 'im. Anything I post'll be safe for her. Hiei82 can post at anytime, ofc, if he/she sees me going in the wrong direction.

Shotgun (Jake) has slight control over her char. A bad decision on his part... Well... Won't kill her.

Arrite. Sorry about that. Yesterday, Friday and Thursday has been pretty hectic with me.
I like to help people out, and there's a lot of moving related things.
