Pretty sure I completed this one at one point after I finished the game and decided to see how long I could survive just running around the streets killing guards... I'll try to redo and get a screenshot.

After completing the game on the highest difficulty and getting all other achievements you get a total of 990 points and "Redo mode" opens. When you start Redo mode it deletes all your achievements for the game. In Redo mode the only achievement you'll get is Redo itself for completing the game. Naturally Redo mode is just the game as usual on the highest difficulty setting (after which you'd have to get all your achievements all over again).
