So, I've been thinking about this a lot lately (I have lots, lots of free time), but do you think you'll be staying loyal to your romance option from Mass Effect?

For me............ I'm gonna see what happens, but Yvonne Strahovski with her native aussie accent... That's gonna be hard to resist.

"Cheat"? No, but if there's a Tali romance option I'll be breaking up with Liara faster than you can say "Goddamn Tali has a nice ass."

Hm, Well just as i did in ME1, i will try and interact with all my sqaud mates as much as i can, and see what happens.

Thats how i ended up with Liara in ME1. I don't think she's returning as a squadmate in ME2, only as a story character, so ther prob won't be a sub plot witrh her.

Subject Zero
While she certainly has the looks down, I hope she'll showcase some actual humanity during the course of the game.
That trailer was just wrong on so many levels.

I doubt you have the option to break up with your previous lover. And if you do, I guarantee that choosing such an option will lead to some more than awkward consequences.

However I never had a romance in my Mass Effect game. Liara and Ashley were no more interesting to me than a sack of potatoes. Falling in love with one of them felt unnecessary.

For my final playthroughs in ME1, I did not romance anyone, as I'm hoping that there will be more interesting romances this time around; Liara was too awkward, Kaiden was too timid, Ashley was too obnoxious, and all three were fairly dull.

Most pathetic ever?

You must be new to the internet.
No I am inclined to agree with him.

Well I can sing, I could learn to play the bass I guess.

It's not the most pathetic. Things like "Which video game character would you marry?" or "Anime Characters: Shag, Marry or Kill?" are more 'pathetic' than this.

Hell, I'd argue that "Which video game character would you want at your party?" is more pathetic as well.

Honestly, probably not.
I had rather grown to like the noble hero of Shepard in the first game and I really think that image would be shattered somewhat if he dumped his girlfriend to leap into bed with the first alien chick to wink at him.

EDIT: Besides I want an action drama, not the inevitable space soap opera that would occur if some kind of love triangle was to be formed.

Why? He can be like Captain Kirk, ready to hump the leg of anything that has a leg, and is a female.
Nah, honestly I find atributes like that kind of distasteful in male protagonists. I much prefer a lead who believes at least somewhat in monogamy because it means not only can he kick the living shit out of an army of Geth but he can also prove to actually be a decent person.

But hey each to their own I guess, and I don't really have a problem with single men going after single women, especially if they are aliens... 'cause that's hot. Just as long as he isn't betraying someone's trust, that's all.

I plan to score with the Rachni Queen, whom I set loose in Mass Effect. ;D

Failing this, I suppose Liara will continue to suffice.
