No, if I was going to troll you, I'd have suggested that your mother smelt of elderberries. The point is that you should not believe the hype at this point. Because that's what they're after is to drown out the fact the game was already leaked, you can download and play it, and, in the opinion of quite a few, it sucks.

I should start a real game news site that focuses on the story and the facts rather then aggregating from other sites and posting OP ed pieces.

Those type of cheesy, action movie over the top lines usually make me roll my eyes, but I have to say the guy who plays Garrus delivered that perfectly. Awesome.

I agree, cheesy line but damn well delivered, mind you we also all know Garus and Shepard at this stage, so the damn good delivery is also aided by our solid emotional investment in the character.

Gotta admit, im psyched

I didn't watch trailers for the original Mass Effect. I just bought a game, which doesn't bare much resemblance to either of its sequels.

Apparently, when you first get to the Citadel from Earth, the Council just says "well, it's your fight, we don't give a shit". Fucking assholes.

Wait, are you serious? That council is rivaling the Australian/American government in terms of stupidity. Bioware really knows how to tap into the political atmosphere!

It takes the Reapers coming after them before they act...which means they thought the Reapers would stop at Earth for some reason.

You know, I defended their behavior in the second game; they were scared, Shepard lost credibility for being with Cerberus, it had been 2 years, etc. But this...just wow.

Mass Effect 3 comes out on March 6, just four days from today, for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Unless, you know, you live in Europe and you have to wait seven more days. Bloody Americans.

Fuckin' right? I laughed my ass off though when Duke Nukem came out world-wide four days before it was released in the US though. Irrelevant of how not great the game was, I couldn't help but laugh when I saw threads about Americans raging that people had ruined the game for them by telling them how bad it was.

I actually talked with one of the co-developers for bioware (Robyn Theberge) and asked her if she would show up again. She responded with

"You've played the last two games, what do you think?" with a devilish smile. I think she might be back

as a person who has never played mass effect (go rage now) but heard good things about it. i didnt care for the new game either way. i would like to think im unbiased on this topic. The trailer.... was ok. it had a good message, but it wasnt the new definition of epic.
But i have to say this, the spacefights, this is how eve-online should have been.
