This is your proof, Shepard? Doctored video and lies. I didn't see any Reapers. I have no idea what you are talking about.
I can just imagine this guy, actually being picked up by a reaper, and still denying that they exist.
"Speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil" is probably what he'll be screaming at the Reaper when he finally sees it.

Good god that trailer was good. I'm rebeating ME1 right now and the story is just as strong today as it was years ago.

I stumbled upon a conversation with the reaper today. It caught me by surprise and I was in awe of the awesome. This traer is just so badass.

So it ends.

Great trailer. Really liked seeing all the familiar faces and the snippets of battles to come. Now I'm pumped up. Have been keeping far away from any spoilers and been constantly checking my saves if they are still there.

Eh...get ready to be disappointed.
Apparently, when you first get to the Citadel from Earth, the Council just says "well, it's your fight, we don't give a shit". Fucking assholes.
I actually expected that. I think people would be pretty naive to think that it would go any other way. If it was that easy to do. The game would take all of a few hours to get to the final fight.

I hadn't played Mass Effect until I downloaded and played the Mass Effect 3 demo and I have to say it was pretty underwhelming. Maybe I'll give it another crack later on, but I still don't see what the big deal is. Then again, some people don't see what the big deal is with the games I absolutely love either.
That is your problem, you didn't start at the beginning. You can't jump into a snippet of the beginning and other parts of the third part of a trilogy and expect to get everything that people are loving about it.

The people that are totally psyched and gush about it are the people that were there from beginning, the people that started with the first game and played it all in order.

It's like if I hadn't ever watched a Star Wars movie and watched parts of the Ewok sections and saw a speeder-bike crash into a tree, and then I said, "I don't get what all the fuss is over".

If all you played is the demo for ME3, you are playing/seeing events that you have no proper context to understand them.

The Mass Effect series is something that has to be started from the beginning to get the full experience.

I never really understood why when people try to get into a popular story or series, they never start with the beginning.

I never buy or play a new game, if I know there are games that came before that are linked to it, until I have played those games before hand. It really can't be done with games that have stories, and that is really what Mass Effect is about, the story.

Seen this already, but was watching on crappy iphone-o-vision before, looks much better on a bigger screen.

Good trailer, and I'm relieved about the choice of backing music - as we were getting close to release, I was beginnign to worry that they were going to miss the opportunity to use "Protectors of the Earth" in an ME3 trailer. That would have been a missed opportunity.

Also, I have no idea what an "Inception BWAAAM" (or whatever the OP called it) is, so that particular reference went over me head.

It's going to be a long week this week - roll on friday!

Suddenly I'm a little worried about my decision to let the Destiny Ascension blow up in the first game...
Worried!? Ha!
Those puny aliens does clearly not have enough spine and guts (I'm serious, I have seen the autopsy) to do what needs to be done. Humanity will go the distance, make all the sacrifices needed, alone.

Why, yes I have a Renegade Shep all psyched up for combat.

I just realized something I hadn't noticed before. The marketing guys must really hate Kaidan. I don't think I've seen him in any of the Mass Effect 3 advertisements.
If this truly is the case Im okay with that...you can imagine why X3
I think it's safe to say that Ashley is Maleshep's canon survivor in marketing, but Kaidan survived for the Femshep marketing (I think I saw him in the Re-instated trailer).

Hyperbolic title much? This hardly "redefines epic". It's pretty cool, but exaggerated journalism doesn't make the medium look good.

Also, why are there age gates on this thing? You see more skin and more violence on billboards and video screens in public.

A trailer showcasing nothing but corny speeches, space ships (in a sy-fy series), 'splosions, and token sex, set on a backdrop of.... even more 'splosions, and monumental music that easily could've been recycled from countless other movie or game trailers?

I might not be the intended demographic of this, as I actually enjoyed the first two games, but all that this marketing effort has managed to do is to give me the impression that ME3 is nothing but an empty husk of explosions coasting on the popularity of an originally well-thought-out story and concept.

The only version out that works is the 360 version. Which gets leaked early for almost every game that comes out on 360.
Word is that the digital download version has also been hacked, since it was available for download almost as quickly as the XBox one, but thus far, I have not seen an actual torrent.

Never fully played a Mass Effect game, always meaning to, but God damn I need to play these! By far the best trailer EVER.

Mass Effect 3 comes out on March 6, just four days from today, for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
Unless, you know, you live in Europe and you have to wait seven more days. Bloody Americans.

I think the greatest thing about this trailer is when Shepard tells the Illusive Man to go to hell. Can't wait to say that to him myself. Space battles are also cool.
i live in uk so we get it on the 9th

also i really want to know what Cerberus is up to

Don't worry.

I'll remember to thaw you out, and I totally won't steal your copy of the game...
