Okay, so now the info dump is out of the way, I've got to mention a few of the "highlights" that Bioware has written in:

Miranda is currently not in the game apart from a few emails. The butthurt is going to be glorious to read.

Udina and the Council are ALL Indoctrinated. Fuck sake Bioware. Way to just use that for everything.

The Illusive Man is not Indoctrinated. He wants to use Protheon tech to brainwash the Reapers. What a surprise, ammariht guyz?

You MEET a Protheon. Their plan was to appear as GODS before the races and unite them against the Reapers, using their new super weapon. It's an Off/Brainwash button, like with the Geth. Then they were going to rule the Galaxy as Gods. Assholes.

I kinda like that last idea/twist. Apart from the big "Off" button.

Aaaaaand a large bit of my interest in the game was just killed.

I havtn actually read this thread at all but seriously why would you want to know? Im stayng away from anything remotley ME3 related...

I thoutght I could at least wait untill the end of the year untill I had to avoid the escapist and its ME3 talk (and inevitable rage)

Indeed. I always wondered WHY people would leak things in the first place? Since when did waiting become unacceptable? I think in the big picture, patience is a virtue that's been obliterated by modern 'culture', and it manifests in everything from road-rage to customer service to fast food and don't even start on the movie and games industry.

Also, say you leak something to the internet. WHY?!? You don't become internet popular or cool for doing it, and if whoever you work for finds out, then you're in big trouble. I don't understaaaand.

Quick update.

It's all but been confirmed by Bioware as truth. They said exactly the same thing as the Gears of War 3 team said when that leaked.

Eh, I am really getting sick of Bioware touting "THE CHOICE IS YOURS TO MAKE" in every game, without ever providing a middle option. It's either do this objective or that one, any choices you made in the last game aren't going to hold any effect anyways.

Try to reason with the Quarians vs the Geth in ME2? They still go to war in ME3. Legion says that the Geth don't all work for the Reapers? Not anymore!

Honestly, most of it is stuff that was guessed months back, give or take a few bullshit options and ass pulls that force you into a decision rather than you taking the decision the way YOU would like it to go.
