We don't possess the rights to any of our genes. It's a strange world. What I want to know is it piracy to reproduce since we make duplicates of genes without the company's permission?

Do you know how much money genetics company loses every year from piracy?
Where's SOPA for genetics?
It's especially bad when you realize your cells illegally make copies of them selves every day or so.

Yeah, living organisms and viruses are so entitled. Just because we have the ability to replicate, transcribe and transfer we immediately assume we have the right to do so. Down with piracy, I say!

I remember when my library did this with reading - if we read enough of books, we got free pizza. Why in God's name hasn't Nook/Kindle jumped on this yet? (If they have, someone please, please tell me).

Is there anyway getting any of these "achievements" would not just be considered sad? I mean you get them for simply having your TV turned on (unless they use the Kinect to check if you're watching and them we're on a whole new level of stupid).

Now I am actually kind curious about how they'd make this system.

Its a pethetic idea and anyone who would chase after them serioisly need to look at their life.... the idea is just wrong in every way
