Most places in the civilized world, if you don't give him a chance to surrender after you pull the gun, it's murder. Or manslaughter at the very least. Mess with the bull and apparently you get strangled by a middle-aged man. Not saying at all what he did was right, but this should serve as an efficient cautionary tale for anyone thinking that they can be as much of an ass as they want online and not have to worry about it.

Don't misunderstand, I fully support his right to say whatever the hell he wants to say. I just also happen to support the right of the wronged party in such a verbal exchange to educate the little punk on the fact that sometimes, running your mouth will just get you hurt.

Again, where did I say I believe "kids should be free to be as obnoxious and disrespectful as they like". You actually support violence on a KID by an ADULT who is 3x older than him, an Adult with three kids under his charge who cannot control himself, and barge into the house of another family to hurt their kid.
