when i found out that the japanese voice actor for duke nukem is the same guy that plays kenpachi of the bleach series, i thought that was pretty cool
Terrence Stamp did the voice for mancar cameron on oblivion, which wasn't so much as shocking but when he, Patrick Stewart and Sean Bean are all in the same thing it is kind of cool.
I only found out the other day that Seth Green voices Joker in Mass Effect.

Steve Blum was an interesting suprise, after finding out that while being the voice of grunt in mass effect 2 he also did the voice of guilomon from digimon tamers...

heh, yeah, I had that revelation when I got into FiM as well; and now she's doing the voice of Harley Quin in Arkham City! OT: Jennifer Hale is like..the god of voice actresses - everywhere, but unnoticed unless you go looking. Chick has got serious range, ya know.

1- While watching my brother play Tales of Symphonia for the first time, I couldn't help but think that Lloyd's voice sounded familiar... then it hit me: it's the same guy who voiced Robin in the Teen Titans cartoon!
2- I was eager for the Bleach cartoon to reach the States, especially to see who was playing the role of Ichigo, someone by the name of Johnny Yong Bosch. One morning, I happened to catch a rerun of Power Rangers on TV, and his name was in the credits. Cue the double-take.
3- Finally, apparently Eeyore is voiced by Peter Cullen, better known as the voice of Optimus Prime. Weird, huh?

-I got into Freakazaoid after they stopped airing it, and quickly recognized the voice of Dexter Douglas (that is, Freakazaoid's hapless alter-ego) as one Danny Phantom. Go figure, huh?
-Also, I was surprised the learn that Steve Blum of all people voiced Guilmon in the English version of Digimon Tamers kinda different when compared to his usual roles...

I had always held the opinion that Nolan North was a fairly bland, 1 dimensional voice actor. That is, until I found out that he played the corrupted cores in Portal 2. Seriously, Nolan fucking North gave us the Space Core. I now love him.

A while ago, I replayed Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, one of my favorite games as a kid. When I got to this one level, one of the voices sounded very familiar, it was Spongebob Squarepants' voice. So I checked, and not only was Tom Kenny in that game, he was also Spyro the freaking Dragon!
He also dominated the majority my childhood.

I just found out Ron Perlman did voice acting for Avatar: The Last Air Bender and did Slade in Teen Titans.

Also Ron Perlman was Mr. Lancer on Danny Phantom, that's why that show was awesome.
In hindsight, I'd argue Steve Blum but then I realised a great deal of his voices sound very similar, I'd first encountered him in Dawn of War as Cyrus, thought nothing of it when I heard Killer Croc in Arkham Asylum and Otsdarva in Armored Core: For Answer.
