Took a little while to warm up to this, but, by the end, I was loving it. Really felt like it could be the title song for a Bond movie. I was kinda hoping you would do a song on Skyfall. What was your opinion on it?

I loved it I think it should be watched as a separate entity to the old Bond movies and even to QOS, it's a great movie of its own accord. That said... it's probably my favorite Bond movie

Actually, I think you can view Casino Royale, QOS, and Skyfall as a origin story for James Bond as we know him. As the end of Skyfall puts all the pieces in place for the familiar James Bond adventures.

As of the song itself, it's great, as always, even though I haven't seen Skyfall. (at least yet) and I've never really been into Bond movies.

Ehhh... not feeling this one. First song since switching to the new schedule that I haven't cared for. Just doesn't seem to flow as well. But maybe that's just a taste thing. (Sorry about the lack of coherent feedback, I can't really pin down what's not working for me here)

Also, I was wondering, are you planning on doing an Encore writeup on the last few songs?

Wow...Now that was definitely felt like a Bond song. The structure, the guitars and instrumental stabs, the tempo, the tone...I really enjoyed this one!

*sigh* I still have to wait another week for it to come out here. Really like how the chorus is also a commentary on the franchise as a whole; how it always adapts to new audiences to survive, but often losing parts of itself along the way, particularly with the latest revival losing a lot of the fun spirit of the older movies, which it's apparently partly regained in Skyfall.
