OT: i've read up some legal precedents since i first heard about this case (not for fun obviously) and i think Bethesda might win.
Apple Corps (who own Apple Records) took Apple Computer to court over 1 word (Apple) and Apple Computer didnt change names because they werent in the music business. Bethesda and Mojang are both in the games industry.

You have a case if the word might mislead people into thinking it's one of your games, like in that recent game that was called something like Battlefield Academy. you i'm not sure people are going to get confused. I don't know if the lawyers at bethesda know this but most people look at what they are buying before dropping fifty bucks. I mean here's a checklist to make sure people aren't confused

2)is it reasonably priced?
3)is it cartoony?
4)can it run on your current graphics card?
5)Is its name a simple one word title with no subtitles?
If you answered yes to any of these question you aren't buying a Bethesda game.

Let's see, if this case goes through, then that means the creators of Deus Ex can sue the creators of X Blades, or any other game with X in the name.
