It's a pre-typed message with inserts for the time and date. Not like someone manually typed it out.

Meh. Just create another account.

That is pretty hilarious though. I wonder if the person who did it had just broke off with his wife >_>

I always get a kick out of cheaters getting exactly what they deserve. Nice one, Capcom.

Said mod was clearly having a bad day!

Seriously, that's going to make me think twice the next time I scroll straight through an EULA.

You don't get money for winning this game, do you? What kind of a sad, sad person feels the need to cheat at online games? I mean, all it does for you is make all the other players feel the mild disappointment of losing. If you're the kind of person who does something for the sole purpose of making other people feel bad, I'll bet you also go around throwing rocks at the homeless.

Anyway, it's pretty obviously a glitch. The date was supposed to be something like twenty days after today, but the programmer forgot to sign a variable and the date got set to negative twenty days. Which means the date got looped back around to twenty days before the last day, or 12/12/9999. Still funny, but not as much as if he was actually banned for 8000 years.

It'd be even more funny if they were serious. Come on, like they'd still exist in 8 millennia? Getting a bit over-confident now, aren't we?
I think the one who did it wanted to be creative? Like, hes knowingly banning them forever, but felt like dasngling a fictional lifting of it. Or the cheater is not human and the guy is aware of that.

Now I want Campcom to start enforcing laws. They'd probably implement capital punishment for breaking wind in public.

Only 7990 years? That guy got off lightly.

In all seriousness, that's awesome. Should keep the idiots out of the games.

We could have a nuclear war and the fallout would be distant memory by the time he gets to play again.

I'd prefer if they sent someone to the persons house and kicked them in the nuts. But this is still pretty funny.

If only the people behind pokemon would get this intense.

If there is a nuclear war in our lifetime I'm sure to be the first person to run around calling myself a retard.

I just don't see it ever happening. The people with the power don't want to die, and the people willing to die don't have the power.

If people are really scared of nuclear war they just need to start promoting global proper education ;P. People are less likely to be batshit insane if they have a good educational foundation (something we are even losing in the US).
