Most Disappointing ending (Spoiler Warning)

It's not a show, but i'll say FEAR 2 ending is the weirdest, craziest and most disappointing ending i encountered in my life.

I knew we were Alma's son since the beginning. Once i pick that Soldier report about Becket, i knew it. That and your dead teammate that said to you her children was stolen from her. But at the end, you fought a crazy... (can't recall his name). Then, you see Alma, who is dead btw, pregnant. She pick up your(Becket) hand, you fight her a bit but she put it on her newly pregnant stomach. So, in retrospect. I inseminate my own dead mother? And you are still tied up in a sphere by the end. WHAT THE HELL?

While I agree that is was a bad ending there's a couple of points wrong there:

Beckett wasn't Alma's son. The children that were stolen from her were the Point Man (The main character from FEAR) and Paxton Fettel (The bad guy from FEAR). Alma was drawn to Beckett due to the psychic powers the bad guys gave him. Then when you're in the psychic world thing trying to kill her, she's raping your body in the real world.

Then she gets pregnant in a manner of seconds...somehow...

This summer I have been having a strange anime craze(not a big fan), and just got finished watching two shows. The first was Yuyu Hakusho, and just now I got finished watching Full Metal Alchemist.

One thing that struck me. The endings were extremely disappointing. On both shows they rushed the endings, and on FMA they stuck all the closures of all the characters in the last 8 minutes.

So what was your most disappointing show ending. (doesn't have to be anime)

You need to read the Manga of FMA or maybe watch the new Brotherhood series which follows the manga a lot closer. The ending is far more satisfying if you ask me.

The ending to lost was disappointing because for one it didn't answer any questions and two it drifted away from its science explanation of the flash sideways timeline.

That's ok. I only found out recently when I saw that they had FMA: Brotherhood on Hulu. I was curious about what the show was so I did some research and found all this stuff out.

If you want to check it out, they have the entire series for free on Hulu minus the last two episodes, but those will be out by the end of next week. The only thing is that they are in Japanese with English subtitles so, if that's a problem for you, you may want to wait 'till they release the English dub.

Well, you just knock one taboo from the list. There still themes of pedophilia and necrophilia aplenty. And at the same time, no less.

If she's undead... or rather a psychic imprint of the girl she use to be... how can Normal Sperm affect her? How can she become pregnant? Does his fetus is real or another "ghost"? What happen to Beckett? Will he get stuck in the psychic augmentation device forever? Why can Alma summon Cthullu at will? Why doesn't she kill Aristide before she hit Lt Kiera Stoke? Wouldn't the activation of the machine help her? And, why on the subject, WHY DIDN'T SHE KILL ARISTIDE INSTEAD OF PUSHING HER? Why Beckett? Why, WHY, [HEADING=1]WHY?[/HEADING]

i gotta agree on FMA (also just watched all of it this summer) and the ending was like...WHAT...how...how do you just end it like that... if you wanna watch something good tho. watch Gurren Laggen. its on hulu for free...just some shitty comercials. its amasing, only 27 epsodes long and dubs in English are amazing.

Well the original FMA animé were just a ''spinoff'' from the manga. The ''real'' animé (which is much better) is named Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.


Also TTGL is fucking amazing!

Dollhouse. Not because of any intrinsic problem with any of the ideas or plots, given the shows premis they all made sense, but because they all had to be crammed into the final 3 shows and it all seemed extremely rushed consequently.

It wasn't perfect (Eliza Dushku should have been a doll, but Dichen Lachman should have been Echo), but the curse of Fox (and, to be fair, a convoluted ongoing arc) got it cancelled and many great ideas were squeezed into 3 hours.

A complete 100 page final Chapter for Full Metal Alchemist for the Manga which is being made as Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The Anime DOES NOT follow the Manga or at least the one that your talking about. It was taken by someone and he did what he wanted. In itself its a good story but if you want CLOSURE on the anime go watch Conquerers of Shamballa it was a movie made to finish off the gaps caused by the end of the series. If you want to complain about how something ends watch the actual ending to the series.

For Yu-Yu Hakusho I don't know how the anime ends but I am pretty sure its the same as the Manga since everything else was the same I have to agree that the ending is shit.

The ending is actually where Minerva talks to Desmond through Ezio after you defeat the Pope. The part where your allowed to go back is to allow you to finish the game to 100%. Also I kind of liked the fight during the credits to get away from Abstergo

Now for Halo 3

You actually beat the game and watch the clip after the credits? Unless your talking about Sgt Johnson but he died because he got shot in the chest by a freaking laser and he doesn't have a shield to help keep him unharmed like the Chief. If you watch through the Credits there is a clip showing that the Chief is alive and well and returns to cryo sleep.
