They can both die in a horrible fire.

Oh, and..

Fuck his Three Billion health (last boss had about a million) and being the first enemy at the sharp end of a difficulty curve even professional skateboarders would angst against!

Imperial Assassins in Demons Souls. Wanna know how they break your guard, they SPIN KICK YOUR SHIELD OUT OF THE WAY! In addition to this, the kick does roughly 2/3rd's damage for a <50 lvl character in addition to leaving you open for a follow up attack. It's like what if Chuck Norris trained a group of hitmen? Also the Red Eye knights from the same game, they are fairly easy to beat once you've fought them for a while. However, there is one part prior to a boss fight where you have to fight three at once. I would've lured them one at a time, but I had no arrows at that moment and decided to take my chances.

Freakin husks from mass effect, they just can't be some slow stupid zombie-like things can they, oh no they could compete with Olympic sprinters as fast as those damn things move.
They are WAY worse in Mass Effect 2 in my opinion. The Derelict Reaper level is a fucking nightmare every single time I play it.

Also, been playing Terraria a lot lately, and there are some of the worst, cheapest, most incredibly annoying enemies out there: Devourers on early levels, all three bosses and most importantly, Fire Imps are new definitions of annoying each. When they aren't appearing out of the blue to knock you into a fatal fall or spawning in unreachable places, they take a lot of punishment while several smaller, equally fastidious monsters appear everywhere.

Still love both games with all my heart though.

Dunno about everyone else, but those damn two legged tail THINGS from Dead Space 2 were really annoying for me.they would run around me, hit me then run around around me again.

also.... the ever respawning bandits in S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl that sneak up on you, and never stop coming.

Meh. Stalkers are easy to kill. When you see one, back into a corner. They will all run at you one at a time and can easily be knocked away with a force gun shot. It takes a while for them all to rush you like leminings but it works. I would say the most hated enemy is probably the most annoying enemy and the most annoying enemy by popular vote is the Wallmaster from the legend of Zelda. It exists for one purpose, to pop out of the sky and drag you to the dungeon entrance. It doesn't hurt you or pose any real "threat". It doesn't need to. Watching you lose all your progress and suffer another trip down the enemy filled halls is enough for it.

From the original Infamous, the suicidal bomber conduits,

I mean... it's just... they were... *sigh* you have to play it first-hand...
They at least screamed and lit a few Molotovs so you could find them before they hit you. Still, as a Good character they were horrible to fight as killing them would probably bring down a couple of civilians in the blast.

Also, they weren't conduits. The worst one in that game was the Dust Men Golem conduit.

Librarians from Metro 2033. You have to look these motherfuckers in the eye until they get bored with you, run away hoping they haven't changed their minds and chosen tear you a new asshole, and even if you manage to get out of sight somehow, some fucking way, they know where you are, where you're going, and just jump down out of the few hundred holes in the ceilings! Plus, when you do have to shoot them, they're built like fucking tanks so it takes a good amount of ammo to take one of these bastards down. So you have multiple enemies in which you have to look in the eyes if you want to conserve ammo and time, who can somehow predict where you are, choose to jump down at the most random of times, and can tank shotgun barrels to the head like ta champ...I want to find the man who created this thing and kick him right in the nuts.
There's 2 kinds. One of them will back off and leave you if you stare them down, the other will pretend to leave and then get down to fucking your shit up with an ambush attack.

Also, the ones that pretend to back down do extra damage and have more health.

Parasites and fucking Shieldbugs from Alien Swarm. Shieldbugs are just tough as all fuck, while parasites latch on to your team member and drain their health rapidly, forcing your medic to waste a couple of heal beacons on them.

If you don't heal them, they die and spawn 4 or so more parasites.

Drones in Resistance 2. Both the little weak ones and the massive shielded ones with the rocket miniguns.

Also from Resistance:

1. Hybrids. They're deadly accurate and basically fire a bullet net that hits you and everything around you. Not to mention killing you in 2 hits with melee.

2. Steelheads. They shoot through cover and can absorb ungodly numbers of bullets.

3. Titans. Motherfucking Titans. Automatic-rocket-launching-flamethrower-thing, melee smash attack and the ability to appear completely bulletproof and take hundreds of bullets to the face before they die. Then they explode upon death. Did I mention they often come in pairs or threes? Also, they shrug off Fareye headshots, which can one-hit-headshot basically anything else in the game with a head aside from bosses.

4. Ravagers. There's 2 kinds. One has a massive shield and a deadly plasma gun and charges at you. The other has a laser minigun that has sniper rifle accuracy and elephant gun power. Both kinds are extremely bulletproof and deadly in melee combat.

Resistance at least gives everything an obvious weakness: The head. Basically everything will die from a sniper-rifle headshot, although there's usually heaps of enemies and little ammo.

My most hated enemy is named LAG
Too true...
Nothing's worse than seeing your attack or action activate nearly a minute after you used it...

Besides that: I abhorred the Scions in ME2. Things always killed my teammates first and made me shout in terror whenever I was anywhere near one. Can't kill it fast enough or have enough missiles to just spam attack that horrid creature. I don't know how many times I died to one on insanity mode.

Well the enemies I have in mind are not actually enemys but the cursed Barrel/Box Carriers from Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood, and it seems that they will be in Revelations too. Now you may ask what makes those civilians so evil? The answer is that they always walk right into you.

I am just trying to get this person to safety from the guards and they walk right into me knocking me on to the guards and scaring my cover away.

Also Creepers from Minecraft.

anything that uses an awesome weapon that for some reason seems to disintegrate the second it dies, case in point hunters in halo and energy sword elites in halo1.

With you guys there; Cazadors are just ridiculous; I've yet to play Honest Hearts, but now I'm definitely considering packing some serious firepower just for them.
Its that place south of Red Rock Canyon where you get Love and Hate; after the raiders are killed, Cazadors move in and no one told me this when I fast-travelled there; both my companions died in seconds and I ended up running for ages spamming stimpacks and antivenom and expending large numbers of .308 rounds. Never fast-travelling there again.
