Nope. I'll give you some hints. It is from a currently running comedy show and the police are actually barely in it. The first part of the quote belonged to the policeman, the rest is from the people he had just been scolding. Before this, the cop sings "love is not admissible evidence" into his personal voice recorder.

Yours is Robocop? Haven't seen it in a while, but I vaguely remember that scene.
