Why do the members of the airport security/government/ANYONE not check security recordings to check and make sure it wasn't only an American slaughtering people... but instead just invaded the US.
How can you tell the difference between a white Russian and a white American on CCTV? Besides, the Ultranationalist government wanted to attack the US; they reverse-engineered the ACS to hide their fleet from NORAD before the massacre.
Makarov at the time was the world's number 1 most wanted terrorists, both for attacks against USA and against russia. He was a Russian equivalent of Osama Bin Laden. And he perpetrated the attack with no mask or anything concealing his infamous face.

Also why would they even suspect Allen was American, remember he was in DEEP cover as a Russian terrorists, with appropriate tattoos and an entire identity. How could anyone link that body to an American soldier, it makes no sense, how could Russia even make this argument to the world, what would make them even think that? America has no motivation for this and doesn't even follow their MO, no a rag tag terrorist attack, it would be something to do with air-power like shooting down a plane.

And wouldn't it be REALLY god damn suspicious that the one terrorist in the group who was not shooting is found shot in the head in a basement and no security forces can say they shot him down there?

Also there were several other of Makarov's terrorist confederates killed by the FSB and their bodies left behind, now how are they to claim this terrorist atrocity was America's fault when apparently they are working with their most sworn enemy; the ultra-nationalist terrorists.

So lets summarise this attack as it appears:

-Infamous terrorist Makarov is seen with two other known Russian Terrorists and a 4th person previously unknown but linked to terrorist organisations, doesn't shoot anyone.
-They us Belgian-made machine guns available on the open market
-two bodies are recovered on the runway, FSB agents record gunning them down and later forensic examinations confirms their identity as Russian Terrorists
-Final body of the 4th unknown person is found in an adjacent building, he is found shot in the head and no security personnel record shooting him, it is apparent the Terrorists shot him. Bears a striking resemblance to a file photo of a US Army Ranger infantryman, even though there is nothing else linking them together.
-CCTV analysis reveals Makarov escaped in an Ambulance.

Conclusion: obviously this was an American plot, Russia figures this out within a few days recklessly tries to invade America who is armed with thousands of nuclear weapons.

It also makes no sense how Shepard could have orchestrated this? Makarov would never have trusted him. Also Deep Cover in foreign terrorist cells is a CIA operation, completely out of the hands of a Military officer of any rank, Shepard would have to kill the entire CIA.

BTW why did Shepard even have to kill Roach? He knew NOTHING, in fact no one knew anything or had reason to suspect anything before Shepard started arbitrarily trying to kill them all. And when Shepard tried to kill Price how in the hell did Price know he was a traitor? Remember, Price is fresh out of a Russian Goulag when he busts into a Russian Sub and launches a nuke to detonate over USA. That is incredibly reckless, it also went directly against Shepard's orders, logically Price would assume Shepard had thought he was out of control and had to be reigned in.

Shepard may have admitted guilt but I don't even see how he is responsible, yes he sent Allen on deep cover operation (somehow bypassing the CIA) but how does that make him the mastermind?

Also, what orders was Allen given? Why would he actually end up IN THE LIFT loading up with guns and not try to sabotage the terrorist attack? Would he actually accept orders from Shepard to say "If Makarov starts killing civilians, just go along with it... don't worry i will eventually tell you why I sent you on this mission"

Also WHY an White American Army infantryman who clearly has no Russian background for a deep cover operation? Usually they find an American who has at least spent SOME of their life in Russia, such as a recent emigrant, or some MASTER of disguise. Either way, he has to learn to speak russian FLAWLESSLY and all the complexities of russian culture and also a background in how long? That takes YEARS and only a tiny fraction of people are even cut out for that. You can't just turn up and put on a funny accent.

It's not particularly obvious but I noticed it the other day whilst I was watching Inception.

So the van hitting the barrier of the bridge was supposed to be the kick that gets Cobb and his team out of the dream, but they miss it so in stead they use the kick of the van hitting the water. That seems fine, but one of the team members wasn't with the others in the snowy mountain place. Arthur is taking care of everybody else in the second layer of the dream in the hotel. So why didn't the kick of the van hitting the barrier take him out of the dream? He can't choose to ride the kick because it's supposed to be instinctual. It's going to annoy me whenever I watch it now.

I don't really think much about whether there is any plot holes in anything, but on Prototype the fact that Alex's sister randomly disappeared a few hours towards the end really bugged me.

So I was playing Valkyria Chronicles 2 when
There is a part where a Valkyria destroys an army but once you get her on your team she is useless and apperently her god powers go away

So are there any plot holes that made no sense at all to you?
For me, it was the superweapon from Battlefield Bad Company 2. When it's set off in the first mission, it destroys everything. However, all vehicles during that time were driven by purely mechanical means, so that giant EMP wouldn't have done squat. When it's set off later in the game, it shouldn't have knocked down all the military vehicles because they're hardened for EM attacks. So the entire deal about it being dangerous was complete and utter crock in terms of military effectiveness.

The third Matrix. How is Neo saving the Machines from Smith supposed to keep the Machines from going back and kidnapping more humans. I mean think about it, the machines can't survive without the energy they harvest from humans.

Ha, pretty much the entire series of Dragonball, Why don't trunks and goten fuse and beat the crap out of everyone? Why don't they go along with Goku when he goes off to save the galaxy with Pan, the weakest character in the universe? Why is Pan alive? Why does Gohan, the coolest character ever fall to the wayside, while the brats fuse and save the world? etc. etc.
Excuse me, but that's DBZ. Not Dragon Ball. Don't associate traditional ol' Dragon Ball with THAT cluster fuck of stupidity.

In Ergo Proxy, why didn't Re-L die from being around Vincent so much?

LOTR..the Giant Eagle Race could just fly someone with the ring right into Mordor, into mount doom and drop off the ring. completely bypassing hours of unnecessary bother.

You got my vote there.
Plothole: Frodo's arms were being held by the bird in one scene, then he had one free.
