I recently re-watched Band of Brothers and had to soak a few into my sleeves during part 9, "Why we fight". Some of the scenes I couldn't even watch because I knew my eyes would just go.
Yeah that episode is horrible, I only saw the series for the first time recently but that episode... I couldnt stop crying

You know, the first one or two times I watched Band of Brothers I didn't get really emotional. I saw it once shortly after it came on but it was tough keeping up with which character was which all of the time. A few years later I got it on DVD, and had forgotten enough that that viewing was sort of the same. Then maybe a month or so later I watched it a third time and not only did I get emotional during episodes like that one, but I was actually getting emotional when various soldiers were being injured or killed, especially when they were in Bastogne. I rarely get emotional, but by that point I knew who they all were pretty well and liked a lot of them so seeing them just die, or lose a leg to a mortar was legitimately hard to watch in a way most shows and movies rarely manage.

The two Futurama episodes, the beginning of Up, Toy Story 3, West Ham getting relegated last season, that one scene in the Fresh Prince...

Standard, really.

The video doesn't work, and that's for the best. I was just about to bawl my eyes out again.

Also, Cannad Afterstory:

Episode 16 for tears of profound sadness.

Episode 18 for manly tears of joy.

The "wall scene" in Doctor Who. When Ten and Rose part ways when she almost gets sucked into the void. I bawled my eyes out. All these years on, I still choke up at it.

Sliding Doors always makes me teary, too. It's got a "happy" ending but the part before it always makes me cry.

The scene in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, too, when Harry arrives back at the start of the maze with Cedric's body. I wasn't too affected until Cedric's father realised who it was and started crying out that it was his son. Wow, just with how pained he sounded, it really hit me.

And, of course, the ending to FFX. Cried like a baby.

The end of Bastion where you carry Zulf back to the bastion, through impossible odds.Especially when all the Ura stop firing on you and just watch you leave with the near dead Zulf on your back. And the song... Saddest moment in the game!

The single most terjerking moment in fiction history. Not necesserily the saddest, but one of the only ones to actually make me cry. That, and when Alex was changed and could no longer do basically everything he'd ever done before.

I just really love the good ending in bioshock.
I have cried twice in video games, and this was the third time. The first time was the ending music to Earthbound (The Ending to Earthbound does it for me, in general). No crying till the end, indeed. 2nd time was the King Kong: Official Movie of the Game when you fight the T-Rex to save Ann (...I have issues with protecting things), and 3rd was the ending to Bioshock, the good ending.

OT: Tear Jerking Moments in video games are few, really. I have highlighted the three moments I've cried. Movies, I'll mention Wall-E, Metropolis if I'm feeling particularly moved by the HAPPY ending, Mary and Max, Harry and the Hendersons (I cannot watch that movie anymore, I am dehydrated by the end), and those the few that do that to me as well.

[SPOILER FOR GURREN LAGANN]

When you see the beastman Viral's dreamworld and it is filled with the one thing he could never get; A wife and child. Add to this that he is normally pretty savage and not at all the emotional family type. That scene shows wonderfully how contrasted someones desires can be and it really jerked my tears.
