I'll go even hotter; I prefer Roger Moore as Bond over everyone else. But that's because I can't under any circumstances take the character of James Bond serious, and Roger Moore seemed to agree with this statement and played him as such.

I can see that. Apparently, yeah, Moore was definitely in favour of Bond being somewhat silly, sometimes clashing with others on the production.

Though, I think some Bonds that play it seriously could do it right, but seriously having ninjas attack a secret space facility inside a volcano...yeah, that's a bit much, IMHO.

Depends on the story. Roger Moore is the only one who could make shit like Moonraker work, but he'd be truly incapable of making Licence to Kill work.

I can almost go hotter. George Lazenby starred in the best Bond movie.

Now it is "almost" because I can't say that. My favorite Bond movie is Thunderball. It is just THE Bond movie. The genesis of all the stereotypical "Bond" cliches, all in one movie. But On Her Majesties Secret Service... may be the best written of the actual Ian Flemming era Bond adaptations. And it easily had the most character development for the character of James Bond himself. The modern era Bond has more character development, but it is over the course of 4 or 4&1/2 movies.

That song was the biggest piece of foreshadowing in No Time to Die. As soon as it got name checked I was like “Someone gonna die tragically”.

Dog Soldiers is literally the best live action adaption of Resident Evil 1 ever made. Except every thing is werewolves.

Hear me out:

• Both the game and movie involve an elite squad of SWAT and SAS respectively.
• Both the game and movie have the elite team/bravo/whatever die first by mysterious carnivorous dog/wolf creatures.
• There is only one survivor from the elite team.
• The second team is ambushed by said creatures and loses one of their own.
• They all gather at a house/mansion where the monsters "live"/reside in.
• There is a hidden agenda mole/traitor in the group. Dog Soldiers technically has two moles.
• The mole turns themselves into an infected monster. Wesker did his by choice in the Remake. Ryan didn't have a choice in the matter.
• Both game and movie take heavy inspiration from Night of the Living Dead.

Seven criminally underrated albums by icons of rock

That last one mentions Born In The USA being Springsteen's biggest smash hit, but I never really thought the title track itself was all that good. Gotta give credit/respect to the duality of its messaging, but musically it's similar to Glory Days. They're the kinds of songs stadiums play during games when the clock is stopped. Neither crack the top six of that album IMHO.

As an aside, musically speaking the '90 Christic shows were some of his best stuff. I'd liked to have seen him at Red Rocks or something doing these sets.

Ok, so the best Christmass Carol adaptation is the Muppets one, the best 2 part Christmas telemovie is Hogfather, and the best "not really a Christmass ep, but it's an ep set at Christmass" are The Blue Carbuncle (Jeremy Brett version), Sherlock holmes and the Case of the Christmass Pudding (Ronald Howard version), and Earthenasia (The Goodies).

I think Kung Fu Panda 3 did Po’s bio-dad a bit of a disservice. The impression one gets of him in Panda 2 - severely limited that it is - is that of a guy who can and does throw down since he made the wolf boss who works for Shen pay for his attempt on Po’s life with an eye. Then 3 comes around and he’s a frankly, a bit of a useless tosser.

Now I get the thinking that making him a Kung Fu master would be redundant and reductive to Po’s growth and interests; but I think he should have been more capable than he was portrayed. His dynamic with Ping however is hilarious and wholesome so it’s not all bad.
