Let's see... I agree to Toy Story 3, and a few of the aforementioned Futurama episodes (Jurassic Bark is just evil...), and I'll raise you a Buffy Season 5 finale.

That's all I can think of at the moment, but there could be more.

It seems like the more I watch Pan's Labyrinth, the more I cry at the end. The first time I watched it I was pretty unaffected, but from my second watch onward (now that I "get it") the end makes me bawl my eyes out.

The last episode of Breaking Bad... oh man, that was rough.
Pan's Labyrinth was... well incredible might not be thre right word, but you get it.
The start of the civil was in Babylon 5, especially G'kar decisions.
Requiem for a Dream's ending back up by the music from Kronos

One Piece does a pretty good job of making me cry fairly often even as far back as the earlier episodes. There was a ten episode stretch in the 140-ish range of Shippuden that got some tears too

I don't cry but my eyes did water up once during the ending part of Grave of the Fireflies (you know which scenes I'm referring to).

Shame this is limited to Movies/TV. Plenty of books and games have made me tear up.

But back to the OP, the most recent memory crying I have done was the end of Pans Labyrinth, and the epilogue of Gurren Lagann.
Gurren Lagann made me cry twice, actually. The first time when IT happened. Then later on when he came back to give Simon the motivation he needs to get out of the Labyrinth. I welled up like a manly baby.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Doctor Who : The End of Time part 2. I don't want to go. 11's final scene was also rather moving.

The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. When Kyon has to go back to his dimension or whatever and hands the application back to Nagato. Jesus I thought my heart was gonna disintegrate when I saw her face.

Pay it forward. Because that is the only actor kid I've ever liked, and because it's hope and misery and dumb people who don't understand the consequences of their actions, and someone who's smart and actually cares. I saw that movie by coincidence. It was beautiful.

Seriously, why can't everyone be smart in a good way? "Omglol we circumvented the school's metal detector by kicking the knife under the fence". The fuck do you need a knife at school for anyway, you dumb kid? You should be expelled and sent to death row immediately, to just fast forward to how your life will end anyway, and skip the boring part with the robberies and murders. And drug dealing.

Yes I'm prejudging.

I don't think I ever cried at a movie, or any other media for that matter. But I came really close at the end of the (Dutch) movie "Simon", the ending of Neville Shute's "On the Beach", and the "Death of Superman" in the comics.

You know, I can't actually think of the last movie that made me cry.

Oh wait, it was toy story 3. I saw it in IMAX, and it was the summer before I left for University myself, so it hit pretty hard.

Music wise (not included but screw it) I have to say a great big world "say something" Makes me aware of how lonely I am at times...

I started welling up at Wilfred pleading with the Doctor not to go. In fact, most of Wilfred's scenes caused quite a stir with me. Bernard Cribbins is a darn talented man!
Also, Vincent and the Doctor. Every time I watch that scene at the end, I weep. WEEP I SAY!

The Room, if you count crying of laughter...

But seriously, I "cried"[footnote]as in, I felt sad and singular tears were slowly coming out of my eyes...[/footnote] while watching The LEGO Movie, Adventure Time, Up, The Muppets (2011), Cloud Atlas (during the second viewing), Toy Story 3 (that Andy monologue), and, I guess, Grave of the Fireflies... However, I don't count that last one because of how I found out how deliberate it was suppose to be in the first place...

Then again, I mostly feel sad than to be sad enough to cry during anything I watch in general...

Oh yeah, the music in that scene, Disc 2 #5 on the sound track, that one gets me too.

My Dog Skip and Where The Red Fern Grows.

Want me to cry like I just stepped on a cheese grater? Kill a dog. ;________;

Despite everyone adoring it, this is why I refuse to see Marley and Me. I won't be able to hold the feels.

All of the above and Matt Smith's speech from "The Rings of Akhaten" never fails to bring a tear to my eye, would love to see him in some more roles, say what you will about his Doctor, he has a great acting range.
