God, why has no-one ementioned this anime yet? Clannad: After Story is the sadest thing i have ever seen. Everything from around episode 16 to the end had me crying. And this scene man...

I re-watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer recently and that was an emotional ordeal.
Also I watched Warhorse with my Grandmother and that triggered my allergies*.

Only two movies have ever made me cry. The first Pokemon movie (obviously), and the ending of Godzilla Vs. Destoroyah.

Prison Break - the end of this had me bawling for ages after. Not only because of the end, but also because it gave me less reason to stare at Wentworth Miller. Gods that man is so handsome.

I've never actually cried at a movie or TV series, but damn, some of the episodes of Scrubs have gotten me very close at times. My Lunch is an absolute killer.
Gran Torino, Toy Story 3 and Million Dollar Baby. With the last one it wasn't even "manly tears" anymore just staright up blubbering. I also heard "Dear Zachery" was more than tear jerking.
I've never cried watching tv or movies. I've only ever gotten choked up... until a few months ago while watching Silver Spoon.
It reflected my situation so much that it hit really close to home and made me thankful for having such a wonderful supportive family.
When Mikage tells her family that she doesn't want to take over the ranch. That wasn't what made me cry though it was the parents response to it. It was something that is absolutely heartwarming. They wanted to support her even though the ranch is about to be in serious debt and felt terrible for putting all that pressure on her.

Schindler's List, Grave of the Fireflies are the big ones which I've openly wept over and if we go into theatre productions I would add Les Miserables and a dramatisation of The Rape of Lucrece (One of Shakespeare's dramatic poems that was adapted to the stage) for things that got my eyes a tad wet.
I also cried at Transformers 3, but that was out of laughter and schadenfreude.

Yeah, the Adam Sandler comedy about Adam Sandler's D-bag character being punished for being a D-Bag by missing out on his daughter growing up and dying mostly unloved...at least until he has that big life-lesson moment of course. I don't know why it hit me like it did but the ending choked me up a bit. Then there was Deathly Hallows...
I agree with everyone else here who mentioned Toy Story 3 of course but I raise you one Up prologue. The first 10 minutes of Up could have been it's own short film. I rented it when it came out on DVD and had a movie night with my family. With no prior knowledge of what the movie was about, everyone kind of just looked at me after the opening of Up with an expression on their face that clearly said, "What the Fuck man?!"
...Dobby Dying. It hit me a lot harder in the book than in the films but Dobby Dying was probably the death in the HP series that had the most impact on me.
