How to break a social norm eh?...............
ok....how about you sit down on a chair for five minutes and actually think for yourself about how you are going to complete your appointed task, rather than run screaming and crying like a little ***** to the internet in hopes that other people like us will take pity and do your own work for you!!!

If no one has said it yet, constantly refer to yourself in third person. Giving yourself a super hero name like Captain Magic or something makes it even better. Just imagine yourself as Adam West in other words.
With that description,your making me want to break a social norm for a day.
You could talk backwards-though that seems to be done too much.

-Find an everyday custom from another culture and start using it - for instance bowing as you greet somebody OR on the other end of the greeting spectrum try to hug them or kiss on the cheeks.
-When you begin lessons, try sitting at the teacher's desk. Also, give them homework assignments.
-Instead of talking, carry around a small dry-wipe board and use that for communication (if there's the chance draw pictures as well as writing) actively encourage others to do the same.

communicate for one day using only one or two words(plus probably hand gestures .....the pitch and intonation you say the word with is how you try get ppl to understand you.....wear old lady type clothes for a day, dont respond to initial greetings eg "hi,hello, hey etc, just respond with a puzzled look....and dont start any conversations with a greeting....but you can talk normally otherwise.
Campaign for an imaginary party, and be incredibly honest about the evils of your policies. It'd be surprising.

Observe your classmates. There's an uncanny chance they're collective assholes. Then you break away from them and start acting altruistically. You'll be the center of attention in no time.
