Here's mine:

1. Stuart saves his family: This is my feel good movie, it always makes me smile, no matter what.

2. Full metal jacket: Fantastic war movie, one of Kubrick's finest. Also Vincent D'Onofrio's performance as Leonard "Gomer" Pyle, is nothing short of sublime in my eyes.

3. Good Luck: Another Vincent D'Onofrio film and my 2nd feel good movie, makes me laugh.

4. The Newton boys: Another Vincent D'Onofrio one, but ut us a really awesome movie and the cast and the way they interact is magnificent and it is a light hearted yet serious caper, and the movie portrays the Newton brothers really well in my eyes.

5. Inception: Confusing, but still good, the music score helps too.

6. Office space: One of the few films I can actually stand Jennifer Aniston in.

7. Scream 1: I really like this film as it doesn't take itself too seriously, and I really like the first two serial killers. I don't know why though...

8. Scott Pilgrim vs the world: I loved the comic series and I feel the movie portrayed it very well.

9. The dark knight: I love Batman and I thought this movie was the best Batman movie I had seen in a long while. Christian Bales Batman voice got on my nerves at certain points though.

10. Donnie Darko: My thoughts on this, are pretty much the same as Inception. Interesting idea though, and the bunny was creepy as hell.

1) Slumdog Millionaire (for a million billion reasons)

2) The Social Network (thought provoking and unexpectedly exciting as well)

3) iRobot (probably the most vision I've ever seen from an action movie, stunning special effects, and Will Smith... what more could you want!)

4) Mulan (favorite Disney movie)

5)Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban (loved the whole series so far but this one is the best stand alone movie in it's own right)

6) Borat (favorite comedy)

7) Bruce Almighty (any movie that includes Jim Carey AND Morgan Freeman is simply too awesome for words)

8) Black Swan (really got under my skin)

9) Lion King (second favorite Disney)

10) Shrek 2 (too bad the franchise turned to shit, because the first 2 where better than anything Pixar has ever made. YOU HEARD ME!)

Edit: Oh crap! I just remembered Hot Fuzz... put that in at 4 and move below down 1 (Guess Borat is only my second favorite comedy.

1. Dragonheart- Action, fantasy, humor, a tear-jerking ending, and a giant dragon with the voice of Shawn Connery.

2. The Dark Knight- Action packed and intricate, with the most engaging character ever put on screen: The Joker.

3. The Lord of the Rings Series- Beautiful to watch, beautiful to listen to, breathtaking story, and a tour de force of cinema. A real game changing series.

4. Fight Club- Funny and a brilliant social commentary. And Tyler Durdan rocks, obviously.

5. V for Vendetta- A wonderful social momentary that doesn't skimp on the action. And V is a truly engaging character.

6. The Saw Series- An intriguing visual essay on redemption and moral choice, with always engaging endings. Also, Jon Kramer is a spell-binding character.

7. Monty Python Holy Grail- A classic that is still the funniest thing you will ever see.

8. Toy Story 3- Visually splendid, fun and fast, with a few scenes near the end that truly enunciate this movie's exceptional status.

9. Up- Fun, inventive, and some truly touching scenes.

10. Michael Moore Films- Always engaging social commentaries on the issues of today.

1. Let The Right One In and Let Me In, two fantastic movies telling a similar story.

2. Fight Club. Rule 1 and Rule 2

3. Sin City, the first comic book movie that was not afraid to be a comic book movie.

4. Social Network. Mesmerizing from start to finish. Jesse Eisenberg was amazing.

5. Watchmen. An amazing movie all around made especially excellent by the fearless performance of Jeffery Dean Morgan and most especially Jackie Earle Haley. Fact. If Haley was not good in this movie, nobody would watch it.

6. The Wrestler. Micky Rourkes ultimate comeback.

7.Natural Born Killers. Woody Harrelson, Robert Downey Jr. Mindless violence with quite the mind. Amazing film.

8. The Crow, combines action, romance, and depth in one of the best movies of the nineties.

9. Silence of the Lambs. The best film of the nineties.

10. Suspiria. Creepiest. Score. Ever.

Those who almost made it.

Seven

I like your list. I'd leave off Natural Born Killers and The Crow with any two of the three that almost made it. But a very solid list IMO.

1: Fight Club: That movie literally changed my life. It inspired me to not worry so much about life. Seen it at least 40 times.

2: Mr Brooks: This movie is hated by many... but I love it to no end.

3: Memento: Elegantly created and brilliantly written.

4: The Prestige: Another Nolan film, just as brilliant as Memento.

5: Anchorman: My favourite comedy ever, closely followed by...

6: Hot Tub Time Machine: Side splitting from start to finish... albeit ridiculous.

7: The Matrix: Blows my mind in a new way every time I watch it.

8: The Castle: Classic Australian comedy, no other country will ever appreciate it though.

9: Jumper: Yes, I know, everyone else thinks it's shit... but I love the concept of teleportation, and the lack of the "Great power = great responsibility" mindset.

10: Star Trek: Was never a fan of the old series, but this movie inspired me to want to watch them all.
