If people take the Wii seriously (people being devs and players), then better games will be made. Until then, we'll just have to deal with Gingerbread Ninja.

AO rating is pretty much the Kiss of Death for any game that wants to sell.

Any new tech must be shoehorned onto every new release for the next year to prove just how bad it is. I guarantee you that when VR comes around, ever game will have a gimmicky VR section that handles like crap.
Replace "game like blackjack" with "movements like bowling" and you pretty much have the Wii's design scheme.Knonsense said:It's a natural part of the process. While they seem "Oh, let's translate a real life game like blackjack into a boring, watered down version that happens to be electronic."
I wont call you naive, but MS has not missed what they're aiming for, it's already a proven concept (Track IR, 2007), all they're doing is potentially making it cheaper, which is IMO an astoundingly good thing.randommaster said:Before the Wii bashers get on this, I just want to say that this seems REALLY gimmicky, which is what a lot of people have been complaining about when they play Wii's core titles.
MS has completely missed the point.
