A first quick scanning led me to believe that this was AC3 (never mind that it's waaay to soon for AC3 to be coming out), and so I squealed in excitement. Then I settled down and actually read the text, and though "oh".
I'm not all that excited about "continuing Ezio's story". Don't get me wrong, I love the guy to pieces, and piloting him as he gracefully leapt from one rooftop to the next was fun, but... the story's over, he killed all the conspirators, got the Apple, blah blah blah... I'm waiting for the third ancestor. I'm hoping for the 17th century, either in France or England...
Sooo, am I getting this? Maybe. Am I excited? Maybe.

So it's going to be Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker but Assassin's Creed instead? Could be interesting as long as people aren't dicks with online co-op. L4D and other co-op shooters are great with anonymous people but when you factor in stealth then that's where problems tend to occur - hell the amount of yelling that I've seen purely because one person purposely set off a car alarm in L4D to kill more zombies is enough to drive me crazy.

The best part about this game for me is making your own assassin (which is what it sounds like you get to do). I love making characters when playing RPGs so it'll be interesting to see how that turns out!

This is probably the one that is supposed to have the story line of Ezio going into the Vatican and killing a poop load of Templar's. That's the one that was announced awhile ago, but since its not Titled Assassin's Creed 3, AC3 probably isn't going to be Ezio, but this one will finish his story and then AC3 will just be a new character like every other AC game. lol did I ramble on enough?

Hmm it appears that the assassins behind him are the assassins of old that you gather treasures from in AC2, the ones to unlock Altair's Armour

Sounds great! However I am not sure I would preorder anything I know absolutely nothing about. Then again I have yet to play AC2. Anyway being able to play AC with my friends sounds great!

I want to see what happens next to Desmond though... And it doesn't look like this will show that. But it's still Assassin's Creed - as long as it isn't just an extended bit of DLC for 2, I'll probably be getting it.

Judging by the characters on the box, i would say we have speed, brute, balace, stealth and manipulation classes. Thats just me, but lookign at them, it kind of makes sense.
Also, i may possible get this game too.. along with the other 10000000 im lookign forward to this year.

Multiplayer assassins wil be cool. Especially if there's team deathmatch. Or what about a mode where you have to kill a target before anyone else?
