What's IT?
Information Technology, I think. It's, in the only terms I can possibly convey, a dude who fixes computers. Graham Linehan can explain it better >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_IT_Crowd
Ok, thanks.

Anyway the survey in fact may show that geeks are worse lovers, since they are so insecure about their lovemaking techniques they try to please their partner at all costs.
This seems the most obvious reason. Or they have so few relationships they just try to make them last.

Yay for us geeks. It probably has to do with being more kind and considerate than the stereotypical jock. We're also more interesting to talk to.
That's not really hard to do.
Just have something better to say than "hurr sports hurr hurr group showers hurr"
True, true.

XBOX lovers know how to love hard. Like, Scarab gun hard. PS3 lovers know how to bring it HOME. Wii lovers will be swinging and whacking all over the place. While PC owners will require the use of a Thumb drive.

Yes, gamers don't make bad lovers after all.

I could make a joke about XBox owners having a Red Ring Of Death on their neck, but that might be tasteless.

Wow, that must have been awkward finding that out.

I don't think being a geek has anything to do with it. Once you get out of high school and join the workforce in the real world the lines that catagorize people into groups like geeks, nerds, and jocks blurs almost to the point of non exhistance. I have friends now that fit into many categories and don't give a shit whether or not you are a geek or a jock.

Well, as I am a purely gamer geek (nothing else geek-related even interests me, especially any type of movies), I must say that if I ever got the chance to actually be in a relationship with a woman, I would totally put her needs before mine.

I'm 18, 19 in two weeks, and I never even asked out a girl. DAMN NERVES!

Not that I need women, I have my games. They keep me happy enough.

Revenge of the Nerds called it 20 years ago.

"All jocks think about are sports. All nerds think about is Sex."

wow.. when's the next survey where four out of five geeks declare that they want to be better fathers, be more involved mentors, last an hour longer, rescue kittens from trees with the sheer power of their minds...

I can see the headlines now: 80% of geeks have richer fantasy lives than nonGeeks

just cause you think you are more considerate doesn't actually make you more considerate.
where's the corresponding survey of partners of geeks and nongeeks - rate your levels of satisfaction in these areas.

I bet most guys across all fields score about the same.

sports are fun i play games and rugby. i would say im a geek but sports gave me important life skills, also it keeps me fit. i love gameing but i never really gained anything from it. what do games mean in the real world? just saying that most of the guys i know who play rugby get paid £2000 a week just for going to training once every 2 weeks. thats if your serious but i just do it for fun.

ps
any yanks out there that dont know about rugby. its a bit like american football only no pads, no forward passing and a bit more violent.

It's the same as fat girls are good in bed because they will do anything. They are just happy to be naked in the same room as someone else.

I'm still not sleeping with a fat chick. I personally hate when a girl is trying too hard to please. Just be confident, know what you're doing, relax and enjoy yourself.

No one took into account that most geeks need a rest after 2 minutes work as they have done no cardio work. Nothing says sexy like having an asthma attack because you're too fat and out of shape to breed.

Any other way is just selfish, your partners release should be before your own so that at the very least SHE feels good.

if you get off but she doesn't then it's no better than masturbation.
Sex is a lot more than both getting off. Try to relax and have fun instead. You could get off by masturbating in seperate a dark rooms, she probably wouldn't call it great sex.

Sometimes selfish is good. Sometimes there's nothing better than being with a girl who just needs it. She doesn't care about anything else. Thats selfish but can be really hot. It's about variety.

Considerate lovers are not always the best lovers though. Just saying.
Depends on where the consideration comes from. Lovers with a consideration born out of love and self-assurance are the best ones. On the other hand, those with a consideration born of insecurity...I agree with you.

Unfortunately, I suspect geeks are probably split between the two. I'm not even sure to which I belong, yet.
