I looked up a few pictures. This is what two RL Anime Girls {including the girl from the news story) look like.

This is what another KIND of RL Anime Girl looks like.

The one from the second picture not only looks healthy (as opposed to anorexic) but strong as well. She is definitely a better example of RL Anime Girls.

Agreed. I find myself afraid to think of touching the girls in the first pic due to the possibility of their bones turning to dust from a simple nudge. Also the blonde in the first pic looks like a textbook example of Yahtzee's idiom of "Two grapefruits stapled to a lamppost" type of figure. Not anywhere near healthy. The girl in the second pic though, she looks more than healthy: she could probably kick a ton of ass.
