I would love to see french ghouls! Altho as much as German super mutants go, since Fawlks is the only Super Mutant (outside of DLC as I have never played the DLC so I dunno) that can talk it would only really effect one character.

Indeed it would, but one of the big things about Fallout is it's satire of America in the '50s.
