Uhhh, Nintendo has won the sales race.. The Wii prints money, and the DS prints whole economies.Amethyst Wind said:Nintendo, like Sega, make awesome games, they had some good consoles but their last ones sucked, Sega realised this and went into game development for other consoles and did well for it, Nintendo, while being in a stronger position than Sega, should do the same.
You're right on the DS front, I forgot about that aspect of Nintendo's business.Altorin said:Uhhh, Nintendo has won the sales race.. Sega failed nearly everything they did.
comparing the two of them these days is pretty stupid.
What's this? World War II reference?NeoDeath90 said:Close the coffin. Simple as that. Nintendo rules the handhelds, but they are losing the console wars faster than the French army can retreat.

If you combined the Wii's controls with the XPS360's graphics and the PC's online capabilitys, you'd have one awesome console.
I love it when the funny little people disregard the Wii. It's like the 360 and PS3 fanbases are commandos in the woods, and the Wii is Rambo, sent in to kill them all.JediMB said:What's this? If so, you fail. Twice over.
1.
The French couldn't retreat, because they'd been invaded. They were surrounded and out-gunned. All they could do was let the army put down their arms to avoid unnecessary casualties. Of course, while there was no organized military anymore, the people still fought back through guerrilla tactics.
2.
Wii: 50+ million units sold
PS3: 23+ million units sold
360: 30+ million units sold
Make billions?UsefulPlayer 1 said:I don't know, what do you do after you make millions?
Yeah, that's a realistic response. Wish death upon a company simply because you don't like their console. I hope they don't allow you to breed.Pyre00 said:Their next move?
To drop dead, I hope.
They need to do what they used to do.bouncymike999 said:i dont see where nintendo can go with thier next console what could top the wii it would feel like a step backwards if it didnt live up to the wii's sucsess and to my shock they managed to top the DS with the DSi
It's a perfectly reasonable response. Less of the money spent on horrible Wii games I hate means more money going to game companies I like, thusly more games I like. What's wrong with that. It's unrealistic. But I acknowledge that. If by some miracle Nintendos millions magically dissappear, I will be very happy.Cheesus333 said:Yeah, that's a realistic response. I don't understand the hate for the Wii. By all means, it's a success: it wanted to bring people into gaming, and it did.
That's the smartest thing I have heard anyone say, ever.SICK0_ZER0 said:i dunno but I'd love a SNES 2
