It's not like we don't know what were getting here.
A buggy mess?
Maybe, but at least it's not Gamebryo.
It could be worse and I actually think are odds are in that favor. After all, the more complicated a piece of software, the more bugs.
Is it too optimistic of me to think Bethesda learned a thing or two about engine design after they bought id Software? But I know it isn't a Bethesda game if it doesn't have at least a handful of game killing bugs.

They will put most of their testing time and money into testing the 360 version and leave the community to fix the bugs of the PC version, like they did with Oblivion.

'Good' is all I have to say to that.
When you make a demo, you get unfair early reviews, people complaining, hacking the game before it's even released and gods knows what else. I'm happy to wait to 11/11/11 so I'm perfectly fine with this - games like this don't NEED a demo, you already know what you're buying so you can hardly complain.

No demo: fair enough.

No roaming fly-through tech demo for a game series that hinges on performance: show of genuine contempt for customer rights.
