I can play the drums and all of the guitars except the bass. Well, I can fiddle around the bass and play it well enough to go with any guitar stuff that I do...

Actually this stuff is nerdy... I'm a music nerd.

My guitar, a few punk band posters, most of my music, my piece of shit phone, my marshal arts equipment, a volleyball that's half flat, my lock picking set for work, a kick ass bowl made out of a vinyl record, my drum set, my singing voice, my writing skills and my dad's bible and neckless he use to wear.

As I sat outside in the first sun I've had all year (Campbell River fucking sucks) I realized how I have a lot of stuff that is pretty awesome. And a good deal of it has nothing to do with video games or comic books. I then took a mental tally of the non-nerdy things I own, And some of them are:

-Paintball gun
-Survival books/kits
-Bowie knife
-Bayonet
-30 Goddamn chickens
-A huge garden
-Many tools to go with the above
-The knowledge of how to use and maintain almost any power tool
-A small boat I found and repaired
-Siding on my house of which up a great deal
-A fuck-ton of bladed things
-Adequate culinary expertise

So fellow Escapists. What non-nerdy things do you own?

A lot of that seems pretty staple geek/nerd stuff to me!

For me... probably my walking sticks... and various things like bondage tape and chokers... everything about me is pretty nerdy/geeky bar my sex life, I somehow managed to get one of them!
