Nose Bleeds.

It kind of depends what you call the worst, like a few others here I often have bad spontaneous nosebleeds. Aside for the boring long ones I have about three that could classify as worst in my opinion.
The time I got one on my bicycle on my way to school with nothing to stop it. Rushed to the closest house, though it was pretty far away. After about half an hour I arrived, my vest and shirt were fully blood soaked and it took nearly as long to get the blood out of my sleeves.
I once had one on April fools, no one believed anyone could have one that bad. And once again, I did not have anything with me or close by.
And then there is the time that I nearly fainted from blood loss while in bath with the door closed, the water was pretty red.

I got punched in the face once in high school and got a nosebleed from that, it went away in a few minutes thanks to the nice girls that had tissues handy for some reason that I never questioned. The guy that punched me got suspended and I got a few free sodas from a bunch of cute girls, I had weird amounts of luck in high school.
I actually lol'd. This is the same story for me. I'd just be on the PC and be like "hey, my nose is running" *looks at hand* "ohshi-". Then I'll spend ages in the bathroom wondering just what the fuck I did different today that made my nose bleed.Dango said:

I had one because I kept cracking my nose, and I felt it go down my filtrum and I thought it was merely snot so I wipe it off and saw blood. The once though I managed to punch my mate in the nose while we were pratting about on the school field and caused him to have a nose bleed for the rest of the day.
I tend to get nose bleeds, but I would say I get them chronically, just more than normal. My longest one was 45-60 minutes after my brother hit me in the nose at a BJs. Couldn't find any paper towels to hold my nose with so I ended up using a diaper.
I got one at work last Christmas, at the end of the night. I was locking the doors and felt my nose leaking, so I wiped it to find that blood was dripping out. Once I got to the bathroom, it began pouring out and didn't really stop for half an hour. I plugged my nose with paper towels and it eventually clotted enough to stop, but before I could plug it I saw chunks of blood falling into the sink. I thought it looked cool.
I've had so many that I stopped counting. My worst would have to be when I was a freshman in highschool. It was not the fact that I had one, or two it was the fact that I had a nose bleed for 4 out of the 8 hours at school. It all started in end of 2nd period and went all the way to the end of 7th period.
when I get them, it's never caused by anything, although they never last for more than a few minutes.
pro tip: if you have a nose bleed, blow your nose, it sounds crazy, but it's worked for me every time. it just get's the blood out all at once so you can go back to whatever that much faster.

Had mine just the other day I was at a bar drink with my girlfriend and some of her friends and I was like man why is my nose running and sure as shit I was bleeding like a stuck pig. It only lasted like 10 minutes but it could have been worse.
Edit: That was my first ever non fighting nose bleed also so it really freaked me out
