Lol, why weren't you using TES Nexus or Dropbox? There's a huge disclaimer, or was, anyway, on MU saying that they aren't responsible for your data if it gets lost.

I'm not actually using any of the sites that have yet been taken down or threatened. I was simply giving an example of the kind of perfectly legitimate thing that would be stopped if this kind of thing becomes commonplace, and it becomes impossible to host (often large) files online for free.
