If he were truly apologetic, I'd have some sympathy for Paul. If Paul had a history of this and he was just recently brought on as PR/Marketting (sic), then I'd have sympathy for N-Controller. Seeing as how he's been with them for over 8 months, I don't have sympathy for either and the more I think about it the more it really annoys me that N-Controller keeps trying to say "It isn't our fault."
Shipping/Manufacturing failures are N-Controller's problem, and that alone would be enough for me to not order them. Sure they might be neat, but if supply is that scarce, I personally could go without. In the end that means those that really want to keep putting up with these delays or literally can't play without that assistance will get one before I do, and that's okay.

Seriously I think people need to direct their anger towards just him not the actual product. He didn't invent it and bombing the actual product isn't hurting him it's hurting the folks who came up with the product...for disabled gamers.
I can only assume hackers are working as we speak to ruin the guy's life even further. Then again one of the few things that gets under my skin is shitty customer service. When I sell and buy stuff on ebay and half.com I have a simple motto don't ***k with my money and don't waste my time. In turn I do my damndest to do the same. He played around with peoples money and wasted their time so he deserves the internet's rage.
