After about the first 10 seconds of this video you can see a stabbing down move that causes the opponent to be hit by lightning. I do this every time after killing someone. I've been doing that in Skyrim recently, if I attack a group of Thalmore Justiciars I will always drag their bodies to some cliff edge or to the nearest river.
