hey guys i hope you can save me :)

I've been searching the net for hours on end every few months for like 2 years trying to find this old game i used to love.. and i stumbled on here so i hoped one of you remembers it.. i read through like 50 pages of this tread, hoped some one already asked but no luck ;( ..

ok the game was i think for win 98, say around 1994-8, it was a platform game *meaning flat 2d moving just left or right (not isometric or 3d). It was a kind of RTS, where you had these fairly color filled maps, i think alien worlds (varried scenery). The idea is that you would need to destroy some hives (making your own to spawn some kind of minions) which would cause then allow u to "connect" one map to an other (like wormholes) allowing progression in clearing these worlds. I though thr game was a kind of "spore" or "hive" name but searched for so long using those two terms found nothing..

hope that rings a bell, one more thing, i think some of the bases/hives of the enemy reminded me a bit of bees, one base 3-4 mobs hovering around it, and if i remeber each had it's plus or minus. een so god damm long :(

savvveee me :) thanks in advance :)

*edit, im almost certain it was for win98 (compatible with earlier games) and i though it loaded like so many other games of those years the good old dos to load into the game, graphics where pretty nice better then C&C (around the same time line) .. might of been more 2000~ and not 1994-8
Someone asked about a game with a very similar description a few months back, and it turned out to be The Tone Rebellion. Is <link=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tone_Rebellion>this it?

i've got a game thats driving me crazy i've been trying to find out what its called and had no look so i hope someone can help me with the description im giving you as its been ages since me and my dad played.

this is a ps1 games i think it is set in a spacestation but im not 100% sure about that you play as 3 playable characters 1 female and 2 men but cant go in the same room as its game over i know that there are two weapons that are a pistol and a bb gun that i think look the same im sure the enemies are zombies or something on the lines of a zombies im almost sure when two characters are in the same room that a monster comes and kills you

I hope this description helps if there is more that i can think of i'll add it and thanks in advance to anyone who tries and to who gets it right
From that description I would hazard a guess at Martian Gothic : Unification. So give that a look see.

No problem, man, glad I could help. I honestly only knew because someone asked the question a while back and someone else was able to find it for them -- I'd never heard of it before this thread.

Alright, this is for a game that was on the PS2 or XBOX original, though I'm leaning towards the PS2. It was a First Person Shooter, you were some sort of agent and the game started with your guy waking up in a lab of some kind. I remember that the game was really revolutionary at the time because you could see your legs and when you picked up sodas or candy bars for recovery, you had to physically eat or drink the item on screen instead of just a "*bing* health up" type thing. There may have been a fellow female agent with you as well. I'm sorry but this vague memory is all I have to go on.

And it's NOT Cold Winter.
Could be Deus-X Invisible War but that was on the X-Box and PC.

I'm gonna try this again. This shit is gonna be vague because it was like 25 years ago lol. It's an NES title. Very much anime inspired. Side scroller RPG ish? I remember getting upgrades like boots that made you haul ass and such and new weapons. Main character had spiky red hair if i remember right. It was kind of open world like(for the time at least). I cannot find anything on this game with the shit information that I remember about it lol.
Guardian Legend?
No, that was an awesome game though and I played the hell out of it back in the day. Highly original for its time! The game I was referring to was strictly 2d side scrolling. I can see the comparisons and conclusion drawn to Guardian Legend given my description lol. Alas, that is not it. Thanks for bringing back fond memories of an awesome obscure game though!
Maybe Faxanadu?

Okay I got 2 games:

Both I believe are for the ps1-ps2. very late 90's to early 2000's. First is where you race RC toy cars. The intro or story consists of you, a little boy, playing with his pet frog. The frog croaks "help me" as a bully who takes ur pet says in order to get ur frog back you must play his game. Then it shows some other kid getting thrown into a garbage can. He had a war helmet on and glasses.

Second one: Another racing game, same time period, and system. All i remember from this one was were you can play against each other and one of the maps was a island in the air, and you both had cars of your choosing. The cars looked futuristic, and it was mainly to battle each other. You could get powerups such as shield, lasers, thrusters, and rockets to shoot. When you played there was electronic music playing. Sounding near to dubstep. That's all i remember from that one.

Please Help!

Could it be Leapfrog?? They made alot of educational games and still do. I'm almost certain they could've possibly made games for the Mac

I remember a game on an old apple Mac that was given to us from a friend back in the mid 90's. It was an educational game with questions (possibly math based?) and a frog, and that's honestly all I remember from it. There were quite a few little kids games (mostly educational, except possibly Lemmings and Snood) on that Mac, so any names from that era that may trigger a memory would help a lot.

ok so i remember 3 PC games
1. you are in a forest (or wood) you play a bunny or something
there is a big giant tree that talks and a bunch of other animals
you can walk around at one point you have to collect colors to paint
then when you eat mushrooms the whole world becomes RED, there was a dragon
everyone was scared and you had to do something
i loved that game but i don't remember name

2, this one was a xp or 97 game where there are 2 orange thingies with eyes and shoes
and there were a bunch of rooms and you had to get them out or something like that
you could touch and pick them up, thats all i remember

3,in this game you play a boy with a fly and dog i think and you went on vacation
with your parents in a weird hotel where bad things happened, and you had to do something
i remember that there was a game that had the same boy and fly but it was at their house where
you also could go to their garden and in a sandbox you could dress up the fly

I've been looking for this game for more or less 10 years:
Its a PSX game, 2D side scroller, run-n-gun, with cartoonish graphics, I'm not sure if the characters where "animals" in the sense that they weren't humans. I remember each character started with a different weapon wich could be improvved by colecting items in the game.

I think thats all I can remember I hope somebody can help me. Thanks.

Hello
I have been looking for a game in which there were two sides to select (Like CNC but not that)
The objectives is to destroy the base which is a circular type fictious structure
The base is destroyed in three stages after each stage the fictious building generates a wave which destroys the surrounding units and you have to do the destroying again. All the units destroyed are some kind of returning to that base
I remember that there were bonuses lying in the field that give you multi firing abilities and shields and lots more!
You construct your unit with different parts type like threads legs hover craft type!
It also had in my view stunning graphics

I looked into them, it seems they were founded in 1995... it would be possible, but cutting it close. We never bought any games ourselves and I checked into other games that I remembered from that old computer, and most of the release dates were 1992. (Diamonds was a blast from the past, for sure.)
