Old PC Spaceship game name?

This game looks a lot like "Spacezero" in a sense that it had a black background with "stars", green outline of planets and a 2D feel. You start off with your ship on your planet, which was indicated by a square in the center of the planet with the same colour as your ship. The planet was surrounded by one or two Defense Towers, which also had the same colour as your ship somewhere on it.

The objective of the game was to conquer surrounding unmarked planets (without a coloured square of anykind) by landing on them for a short period of time, then your colour of square would appear in the center of the planet, which then would cause a Defense Tower to leave your home planet and travel to the new planet for protection against others who could try to conquer it.
You could, however, destroy and conquer other already "conquered" planets by destroying all the Defense Towers and landing on said planet, causing the square in the center to change to a new colour, corresponding to the new spaceship that landed on it.
Same thing goes for wandering Defense Towers, if you aimed right at the tip, I believe, you could conquer said Tower...or blow it up completely.

To win the game you had to destroy all other players, which meant for you to destroy all planets and Defense Towers of that colour so there would be no chance for them to re-spawn.

I believe there could be about 4 players in total, possibly manual or computer operated.

Im pretty sure to is not "escape velocity" or "naev", because the game was made just with lines like "asteroids" but they resemble to this game, just is older than them

Any suggestions and/or links would be very appreciated, I've been wondering this for a while now. Thanks in advance!

This one is really vague as I only remember watching it being played as a wee li'l tyke.
It was 3D, maaaaybe PS1? Or earlier. All I remember is you controlled a little girl and you were sneaking around a dock or something like that. Aesthetics were really dark. I don't remember much more than that.
Sounds like "City of Lost Children", nice game indeed.

Hello,

im looking for a game which i played somewhere between '95 and '97

it was either for mega drive, genisis or saturn but im decently sure it was saturn, due to graphics

in the opening scene(i think) you had to run from some black puma, or it might even was some black alien animal(there is a cutscene i think which shows that thing, thats why i think it was on sega saturn)
the setting was a jungle and you had to run to the left, until you come to a cliff where you jump on a vine and swing, so that animal-thing doesnt get you
you swing around, past it and then run to the right and keep fleeing from it

in another setting you are imprisoned, until you manage to get out(i think its a cage hanging up in the air and then you just drop down)
you have a small lasor cannon and run through some futuristic giant building, fighting guards with lasor cannons too

hope someone gets it, this ones been bugging me forever now :)
That's probably "Another World".

Anybody know this game?
-Third person shooter with cover mechanics(ish)
-On Nintendo 64.
-Story had some terrorists invading a base on the first level.
-You were part of some specialist team(Sorta like Rainbow 6).
Could be "Operation Winback" you're talking about there.

I'm looking for a somewhat old game which I played a demo of in the late 90s / early 00s but the game is probably older than that. It was a 2d top down shooter were you could control a helicopter or a tank (I'm not sure if you got to choose or if it depended on the mission). It's not "Return Fire" but it shares a lot of common elements with that game. Any ideas?
Could be "Swiv" you're talking about.

I found about it soon after posting that, thanks anyway.

New one:
PC Point and click adventure game in isometric view.
Game was about the Mafia in the 30's/40's
First level was set in a high building in some sort of apartment with a pool table.

Gameplay might have been about taking clues and solving mysteries as a detective <Not sure about this one.

Ok i think this was for ps2 but you were this guy who is possessed by a demon who murders a guy in the bathroom At a restaurant .then you hide the evidence. But then you switch to being a detective with a chick partner and try to find the evidence in the bathroom. I remember being mini games like playing with a yo-yo to help the person think. Also the possessed guy meets a priest at a parkand kills him or somthing. Good luck
Sounds like "Fahrenheit", aka "Indigo Prophecy" in the US.

This is an awesome game! Please help, if you know the name of this game!!

It is a Windows 95/98 PC game and the genre was action/adventure.

I remember that the character is a woman that, during the introduction, gets locked inside this abandoned building. When you go to the doors, they are locked, so you must find another way out and the adventure starts. You start off in the dining room area and there is a bowl on the table that you must go up to and look in. There appears to be tomato soup in the bowl and you see a ripple. You must then go upstairs to a bedroom and use a strategy to open one of the drawers to get a piece of paper, which goes into the bowl of tomato soup for a code.

I also remember that in a small room off to the side of the dining room, there is a large beer keg. When you turn to another wall, there is this wall of spikes that makes the character jump. There is a dead person there.

Then, the character navigates to this coded box at a doorway and you must use a strategy to get the numbers to stop and line up, opening the box's door and then there's a deceased human's hand with a ring on the finger that the character must remove

The character goes down this stairway and about half way down, this gigantic metal ball comes rolling out of no where and the character runs for her life down the stairs and the gigantic ball blocks the entrance you came from. You are now in a room where there are deceased people.

There is this scene in the game where the character walks through this corridor of knights in armour and then one is possessed and tries to knock you down into this huge cylinder hole. If you fail to press the left and right keys, on command, and you get knocked into the hole, you can climb out and repeat the process to knock the knight in.

I also remember that there is this room with a non-functioning water fountain and there is a small room to the side where the character must use strategy in the astrology portion of the game.

If you know the name of this game, please let me know. I have been searching for this game, by clues, but to no such luck.
Most of the stuff you describe happens in a game called "D", would check that out.

I played a game probably around the late 90s, there is a tiny man, I think dressed in green?, who is adventuring through a house, at one point you're in the kitchen and I think you have to avoid knives or something, and at one point you're in a bathroom and you have to run on the bar of soap and ride a bubble up somewhere and you go to a kids room and a garage I think and you have to climb on boxes and stuff, Amy idea what game this is, and what game system it is for?
Sounds like "Harley's Humongous Adventure".

It was for NES/SNES (I honestly can't recall which), and it was some sort of evolution based adventure game. You would start each level as a new and slightly more evolved organism. And you would end each level by eating a bizarre colorful macguffin that would evolve you into the next level. Name?
Perhaps "E.V.O.: Search for Eden"?

well hello, was thinking about this game for a few days now but i just can't remember it's name.
It's a game on the PSone, the cover of the game is an E.T. looking a like creature holding a bottle with green liquid in it. It's a 2d game where you run around and enter gates, where you have to complete a challenge. I also remember a moment where you run away from dogs , the character also makes these strange noises. And it's a game where you can save whenever you want.
This is all I can tell you about this game, if you think you know what it is , please reply to my post thx =)
"Abe's Exoddus", the sequel to "Abe's Oddysee", fits your decription.

Hello everyone, I am having trouble finding the name of a playstation 1 game:

Its a game where you collect qubes/ blocks from the center of the map and you bring them back to your own platform and when you have a certain amount of blocks you can build either a tank/ airplain or other weapons.

I thought the name was something with qube, but havent been able to find it yet.
Its a multi player game with about 4 teams. its colourfull and the characters are small and round headed.

I hope someone can help me on this one.
You probably mean "Team Buddies".

Hey guys, I'm only saying this from extremely vague memory. In this game you have to escape from somewhere and there are robots that you shoot and there's a chef in a cafeteria asking why you're there
Taking a guess here: "Fade to Black"?

Ok, This has haunted me for years. I really hope someone can help me!

There is this game I played for the PC. I don't know specifics, but it was on a floppy disc and I was addicted to something Sega had called the "Sega Channel" at the time, if that helps date it. It was a point and click and took place in space, I think. I'm not sure because you end up going into some temple. The temple's walls were purple, or maybe more bluish, and there may have been some arrows on the ground. What set this apart from other Point and click adventures was that you were able to get into battles with what I remember being lizardmen. When you go to fight them, a picture of your guy doing kung fu would appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

I can detail the man, too. He was dressed in purple and had a silver helmet. My memories are clouded with Darth Vader, so I remember the helmet looking like that, but it could vary. You only see the upper half of the man screaming and thrusting punches and karate chops at the screen. I would die often, though I remember getting some laser baton or something that gave me an edge in combat.

The only part of the game other than that that I remember is falling into a lava trap in one of the rooms, to which my brother told me I needed a rope to get out of it. The lava could have been sand, I should mention. The rope was acquired by killing one of the enemies.

Sorry for ranting, but I'm not kidding when I say that this has been bothering me for some time. I'm 24 and can't get the images out of my head!
I have a good feeling you might be talking about "Kult" aka "Chamber of the Sci-Mutant Priestess".

Hello. I'm having trouble remembering a a PC game. You play as a black or purple haired woman cop and you start off in training. It's a third person shooter and you're trying to take down a bad company. The first mission is at one of the company's buildings. I think the guns shoot out red or green lasers. I remember it being fast paced and I think you can melee as well. Looked a little cartoony too. Help if you can. It's been so long I can't figure out this name but I loved this game.
Sounds a lot like "Oni".
