Sorry, mate. D: Someone else will probably have to find this one for you - hope it gets found soon. I may just not be looking in the right places.

Sorry if this is in the thread already, but here's the one I'm looking for: Arcade game from late 80's, early 90's, isometric view, multi-player co-op (4 players, I think), I don't recall that there was any clear "goal" other than to hack/slash. There were what seemed like many "boards" that you got to by walking through portals; you could "pick up" different weapons or a weapon from a co-op player that dropped it if they died (I remember one was a whip, I think there was a gun, can't remember others). It's not Arcus Odyssey. Any ideas?
sounds like

Dark Adventure (aka Devil World) (1987)

Finally, a thread for this, alright, I'm looking for a game that I played Way back on the windows 95.
I have no clue what its called and it seems like nobody else had played it.

The game took place in a sort of isometric/3rd person view, it was 3D but the polygons were that of the first 3D final fantasy game.

You played as a woman in a blue dress, it's raining on some sort of street/dock, there were various strange characters, such as an old woman stting on a bridge who had lost her umbrella to an anthro fox (I believe) who stole it. another strange thing was that there were buildings, however when you went inside one you would be transported to some sort of death room, in which were monsters (skeletons I believe) who tried to kill you.

another thing comes to mind when I think of this game, penguins. I'm pretty sure there was at least one penguin in this game, probably not though.

also, this was some sort of demo, because I remember the 'BUY NOW' screen when you shut down the game.
(that screen had a picture of the woman flying)
hope someone can help me, this has been on my mind for a VERY long time.

Hello! I need help finding a game which i played LONG ago but don't remember the name of!

It was a PC game. RPG and (i believe) Third Person. As far as I remember, there was no character customization, so the character had black hair. You started the game in a scout tower. Whenever you got down, some wolves came and tried to kill you and you had no way to defend yourself (atleast I remember so). It was a big field and you had to run somewhere, but I don't remember where.

To launch the game, whenever you clicked on the EXE, a window would pop up with 3 buttons for 3 (i think) different campaigns(?). I played around with it a little bit, and since the first one was played by my big brother, he told me not to press it. The second and third ones were practically the same.

The description is pretty vague, i know... But if you could PLEASE help me find this game i would very much appreciate it! I looked for it EVERYWHERE and couldn't find it anywhere!
doesn't exactly matches the description, but could be

Gothic (2001)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AV2gY4MBKr4

there is no character customization there are wolves, etc..could be even Gothic II.
Doesn't seem like it's it... Though i thank you for trying! But I have another request.

I remember there was an FPS MMO game on Steam. I think it was set in the tropics? You could customize your guns and I remember 1 person having a Golden Rifle of some sorts. One of the levels was like a film set, and another one was like on one of those beaches with those bridges and shacks on them, like Dead Island had, also I believe there was like a destroyed town, seemed like it was in africa or something similar? Also I remember it being like a "Game" as in, it was a Game inside a Game, or atleast it presented itself like that, or so I remember... I don't think it's on Steam anymore, because I can't find it in my game list or on the list of games I played on the Steam Calculator. Also it was a free game, obviously xD

I remember playing that game a year or 2 ago.

Hello fellow game lovers! So, I'm practically knocking my forehead onto my keyboard trying to remember this game from my childhood. I would say early to mid 90s, 3D-ish graphics, first person. Not a shooter from what I can recall, but the memory that keeps kicking around in my brain is clicking into different rooms and being scanned and then allowed into a pod of some sort. And I wanna say it had time travel/teleporting (in the pod maybe?) in it but I dunno if that's another game trying to insert it's own thing. Also it was on PC and I wanna say I played it from a demo CD. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I see you mention Dead Island. Was it by any chance the ~sequel~ ( http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/dead-island-riptide )? That is the only FPS I'm finding within the past few years to fit all your conditions.

hmm...if I only take "..in a blue dress, it's raining on some sort of street.." and "..who had lost her umbrella to an anthro fox (I believe) who stole it..." I would say that it was

Little Big Adventure 2 - Twinsen's Odyssey (1997)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6Ls3HKnBZM

but, if your whole description is right, I can't think in other game...

I adore both LBA games, but yes, that it what it is. Those Mecha Penguins certainly stand out :)

Hello to all,
are months that I try a game on the internet when I was little (about 13-15 years ago). I remember only a few things, I remember that you began the game (if I remember correctly) in a garage with a car that was firing lasers out of the garage began to be enemies, and around the map you found hidden even a motorbike firing laser and monstertruck firing missiles.
It was a sci-fi shooter game I believe, and could leave the vehicles and killing enemies.
I remember no more unfortunately, I hope someone remember the name of this game because I'm going crazy, thanks in advance.

hello,
the game I want to find is an old game I used to play on the PC maybe 1995-2001. it was a isometric type game looked a bit like icewind dale. im sure it was like an rpg. you start off as a guy in like black armour you start off in a village I remember going into a tavern and there was a woman dancing on a table. then you would go outside the town and would fight enemies. the starting enemies would be like weird green and blue like frogmen that would do acrobatics and stuff and when you killed them they would make a weird screaming sound and drop gold. bit of a mess of an explanation but its the most I remember.
thanks

I played the game around 2010-2011
There were some kind of bandits that broke in the home and captured 2 people. At some point you needed to jump on chalandier. At some point you go on a air elevator and more bandits break the engine. You need to hop on the roof of it and do stuff.
It has similiar games that have monsters.

EDIT 1: I remembered that the inventory was accasable by clicking some kind of binocular at the bottom right corner

I was remembering my childhood and then this one game got stuck in my head, his icon was a Blue Butterfly. I couldn't play since i got the Windows XP Update (Mistakes were made) i didn't know the Compatible Mode because i was a child...

- I played at around 2002-2003 (Bought a magazine with CD in my country that got this game, not sure if it was PC GAMER or not)

Some of the aspects of the game are:

- You start at a house that gets wrecked by some robot (wich is the boss of the stage)

- The first boss is a Robot Orange (or red) fish

- The second boss is a Robot Yellow Armadillo

- You can recruit soldiers

- there was WC cabins that you could save game by going in them

- It's a platform shooter game that has some Mechs

- You can recruit soldiers, robots and people

Please help, my childhood needs you guys!

Hi all, first, I have to say this is the greatest thread I've ever seen.

I'm looking for a pretty old game, I think I played it around the year 2004.

This is what I remember:

- Game was open world, 3d game.
- I think it was demo version, I had it on a yellow CD with black lettering.
- The game was set in San Fransisco (I remember the famous "Lombard Street")
- The game was filled with puzzles and riddles, you had to find clues to solve some of them.

Thank you.

Hi all, first of all, let me echo the sentiments expressed already about the awesomeness of this thread.

Now to my question:

I'm looking for this ms-dos adventure game that features a secret agent (police? FBI?) that must infiltrate the headquarters of a cult in order to apprehend its leader. Basically, the agent had to talk to people and interact with objects, which led to colored keys, which unlocked rooms/sectors, etc. If I remember correctly, the game was created by a private individual (not a major company) and was featured on his page along with another similar game. I think the last time I was able to locate it was 7-8 years ago. Any help with the name or any other info about the game would be greatly appreciated!!

Okay. I've been searching for years. I was really young and thus I never got far in this game. All I know is that you start on an airship or a huge flying station. You run around in some halls and arrive in a big room. Then there is a fight or something and the plane crashes. You wake up at a beach and start to walk in a forest. And that's all I can remember. You played in a kind of bird's-view perspective. Maybe someone could help me. I've been trying to figure this one out for ages.

So,I'm remembering this game: It was in the 80s. You played a female warrior and I'm sure your weapon was a throwing arrow or spear. It was a screen by screen, side action adventure game and it competed with the likes as Barbarian III and other such games. Enemies varied with bats and such.
