Think it's ps1.My dad was playing it.You had a fat guy in blue suit (maybe) with a classic police revolver.Iwas on a cliff, raining and shooting (i think) undead .Then you follow the road up the hill and reach a single house.Climb up the stair and enter a room with a crying girl. when you talk to her she turns around, has a laughing monster face like the short kid from "the nightmare before christmas". She laughs at you and then you lose.BUT when you lose it plays a cutscene of someone throwing you off a cliff.
loosely sounds like

I can't remember what it's called but there is a computer game where you are fighting with guns inside your computer. In every computer the environment is different because the game maps are designed to match the files in your computer. I believe you are fighting viruses or something o_O
Does anyone know what this game is?

Hi all,

Brand new here so forgive any faux pas but I saw this thread and there is one game I have been trying to figure out for ages. The information I have is pretty weak to be honest because I remember watching my older brother play this game when I was pretty young but here goes nothing!

It was a PC fantasy graphical text adventure game similar in style to King's Quest (but I am fairly sure it wasn't any of the kings quest games). It would have been from the late 80s or early 90s. I recall you played sort of a rogue or thief like character, if I recall he was mainly dressed in blue. There were day and night cycles and I recall you could "break into" places at night and steal stuff. I don't remember much about the story to be honest. I do remember there also being a haunted/magic forest near the town as well that had fairies and such in it.

I know that is super vague and forgive me if it is a fruitless endeavor but it sure would be fun to find that old game again.

Thanks for trying!
Peasant's Quest might also be worth a look. Even if it's not the right game you should play it anyway because it's free and is awesome!

that Peasant's Quest seems to be a rip off of King's Quest games... even the ogre it's almost the same as the one of KQ's!

This is a game I remember playing in the 90's. There were two games. You were in the role of a babysitter and it was a text game. The first one is where the kid is a brat and keeps doing things and you have to keep him from getting in trouble...the second one was a lot cooler and you took the kid to a carnival but then you had to do something with the things there

Urgh, tried my damnedest to find it before asking for help, alas it has come to this. XD

It is a 3D game from the early 2000s where you built/designed/trained strange looking creatures to run (and I think, maybe long jump, possibly off a cliff(?!)) down a long, strait track and you tried to make them as fast as possible and travel the furthest. Urgh, I remember so little about the game despite watching the game grumps play it not too long ago. I want to find the animated version with audio taken from that episode, rargh!
Spore? The Grumps played it about a year ago and made giant penis monsters.
No, they had similar aesthetics but were released years apart as far as I am aware.

Hi everyone , I'm new to this :) looking for help finding 3 games that have tortured me

1)Ps1 game. An arena style game where cars smash each other and shoot each other and get power ups, I remember a SWAMP level. I though it might have been one of the twisted metal games but can't find a swamp level on youtube.

2) A Ps1 or ps2 game, An arcade fighting game that was on a demo. The 2 playable characters, 1 could use fire and the other ice. It wasn't like tekken or street fighter where you could only move back, forwards , jump. you could jump onto hills in the background of the level.

3) I'll be amazed if anyone gets this and love them forever haha. I think ps1 but maby ps2. I remember it being a game where you have a battle and its turn based like final fantasy or pokemon. pretty sure it had monsters, and on the map I'm pretty sure it wasn't and rpg where you walked about but instead you picked a point on the map and I think your avatar traveled there and it showed like a path to get there. If that doesn't make sense youtube yugioh dualist of the roses and watch what happens when you pick your opponent and you see the travel path to get from a to b. I remember you had a time limit or so many "turns" to complete the objective or map because I always failed, my team wasn't strong enough. Many thanks in advance gamers :)

1. There was a swamp level in Twisted Metal 2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iB8HtT457P4

2. No idea.

3. Maybe Brigandine? That's the only SRPG I can think of from that era that had time-limited stuff.

So,I'm remembering this game: It was in the 80s. You played a female warrior and I'm sure your weapon was a throwing arrow or spear. It was a screen by screen, side action adventure game and it competed with the likes as Barbarian III and other such games. Enemies varied with bats and such.

Was this castle of the winds?

I had been looking for this game for about 2 weeks: (though its been stuck in my head wanting to play for years!)

I have figured out that it was probably back in 94-96. I know it was on a windows shareware cd most likely one of the colorful ones. The game was a naval RTS set in the old times of wooden ships, you could build fire, arrow, limestone, ramming, and 2 types of fishing boats. Your buildings were minimal, you researched better boat equipment rather than expand your territory; you also had towers for defense. There is a quote of the harpooning boat saying "Leviathan on the way" when you told it to hunt the leviathan for gold. Besides your enemy country there were also these Minotaur like guys on the other islands you could kill that threw rocks at you too. The graphics were definitely 2D but the art was good. Maps were pre-made, full of water, and battle was real time like Starcraft.

*EDIT* found it via a different site, it's Ancient Conquest: Quest for the Golden Fleece. Fun AI RTS or if you have roommates you can LAN play with em.

Wow, that's one I was looking for ages ago and could never find! All I had remembered was that I played it in Italy when I was like 5 years old and that it had a big foot that came down to crush the character.

Hi guys :) I'm trying real hard but I can't remember the name of a pc game I used to play a looong time ago. It had very appreciable 3D graphics and was NOT pixelated or stuff like that, and you could move the camera in every direction to explore the territory without moving troops. It looks like CITADELS but the graphics quality is lower. I didn't go far with it so I'm going to describe the very first part :) I remember it was settled in the Middle Ages and my character (NOT customizable) was on horseback. I could select a specific warrior or a group of them and send them with the mouse to a specific location. There were different types of warriors (horsemen, mercenaries, archers,....) and each type was effective agaist some other type and vulnerable to others. It started with the main character at the lead of a small group of soldiers (I think the colour of my "army" was light blue but I'm not sure), just exploring a peaceful place, with a walled town and farmers and other villagers outside of it (maybe only 4 or 5 barbarians but they were easy to kill). At a certain point a big army comes and, after a short speech (if I remember correctly), it attacks and wrecks the town using soldiers and also war machines such as catapults. It is impossible for my character to fight them so he has to escape with a ship. I'm now in a new land and I have a limited amount of resources (I think wood, food and gold but I don't remember) and I need farmers to gain food and other types of villagers, and of course soldiers. The first enemies I encounter are barbarians, they are not organized as an army, they simply fight. I remember I colud burn their "houses". But when you go further into this new land with only a few soldiers, which is a huge mistake but I was stupid and I'm still stupid, you can run into different monsters (and I think you could sometimes see them being summoned by I don't remember who). They are not part of an army and attack whoever they want (if I remember corectly). The last thing I recall is that a big army whoose "colour" was yellow (I think) appeares in this area and at that point I usually tried to escape but my soldiers were weak bacause I didn't have enough food so I ended up dying miserably. Of course theese last tragic encounters depended on the fact that I was not good at this game, and some of you might have had a different experience :)

PLEASE HELP ME !!!! Thanks in advance to whoever tries :)

And I'm sorry for my english mistakes, please forgive them :)

NEVERMIND FOUND IT FINALLY <3
