Trying to remember a really old computer game that I played when I was a kid in the 90s. It was a 2D, point/click, educational game where you would explore a town and identify safety violations or something. If you managed to find all of them, your pet elephant (or at least I think it was an elephant) would return home. Driving me fucking crazy.
Found it. It was 'Safety Monkey' (1994).

Hey!

Just found this forum today, and I've been trying to find an old fighting game. I'm not sure if it was SNES or Sega or what it was, but what I remember was that it started with these two scientists creating your character that you start with, and then you going to fight. You were a pink humanoid mannequin looking thing, made of pink circles that weren't connected. You had to fight up the ranks to progress to take down the other scientist or something. One of the other characters I remember was a flame dude, and that once you beat someone they were unlocked for you to play as them in the later rounds.

Anyone have any clue what this game is? I'd really like to play it again...

All I can remember are the tiniest snippets of images... I remember in the beginning of the game, you got to choose either one character or a group of characters and they were all standing in this giant, circular stone room. And I think the center of the room had some sort of sigil or rune in the center, but I don't recall completely. I remember at least most of the choices of characters, if not all of them, wore robes.

I also remember that when you were having your character or characters walk around, your mouse cursor took the shape of little golden footprints or something like that...

I also recall the soundtrack being one of my favorites at the time, with most of it sounding like it was sort of dark choir-esque. It lent itself well to the feel of the game, which was very mystical and fantasy-based.
I am pretty sure this is not it, but with blurry memory it still needs to be ruled out as at least some features sound familiar and it is from South Korea (not from Japan):
Lamentation Sword

So please let us know if this is it or not.
I apologize for the delayed response - got so wrapped up in stuff irl I totally forgot to keep updated on this. No, I'm afraid that's not it. I'm 99.99% sure it was an American game. It MAY have been by Sierra Entertainment as that was one of the main companies of games I was a fan of back then... I wish I could offer you some more info but it's been so long all of the details are eluding me. >.<

Teen Agent!

...finally remembered one game that someone asked about many pages ago. Point and click MS-DOS adventure from 90s, protagonist with a red shirt, etc. Can't find the post anymore, but that's the game, in case that whoever asked about it is still checking this.

There are two games that I want to find.
1. The 1st one is like a worms type probably DOS game like "Liero" but much simpler, the two guys consisting of like 5 pixels. It was a 2 player game where you try to kill each other with rockets and flamethrowers I think. Extremely similar to "Liero" but much simpler.
2. The 2nd one was a 3d 2 player game involving a ball where you have to navigate through platforms and the platforms were in outer space (you could fall off the edges) - there were different types of levels and floors - like wooden, metal and colorful, ice was the hardest to navigate the ball onto and there were also arrows which made the ball go faster.

Something like ol' Trailblazer? There's been numerous clones over the year, could be any number of them.

Hello guys, I try to recall the following game:

-PS 1 Game
-3rd Person 3D game.
-Had shooting elements.
-Features 2 or 3 characters (1 female, a male in cowboy style clothing and one man in suit)
-Comic style art
-At the end, you kill the final boss by burning money
-Cowboy man loses his arm close to the end.
-Before final boss, you may select either a female or a cowboy protagonist. Selected character kills another in a cutscene.
-Game was on one disk.

I played it as a pirated game (hello from post USSR) around 2001 - 2005, so it could be a pirate port from somewhere else. Thank you for the help and good Christmas.

Looks very similar, but it looked much nicer. Real 3D not pixel style. Could you type out some of those games titles so I could search for some screenshots.

Hey I remember playing this game and I am pretty sure it was on PS1 back in the early 2000s, it may have been released earlier than that but I remember playing it around 2003 - 2004, basically it was a sci-fi FPS and i think in the intro scene there was a purple blob which was the antagonist? Kind of reminded me of Jabba the Hutt to be honest. It had kind of a star wars-y feel to it but that's probably because I was an idiot kid so it's really difficult for me to explain this. I think it may have been featured on one of those ps1 demo discs but I honestly could not tell you for certain. Sorry for the lack of information but it's just such a vague and distant memory I'm surprised I remembered anything at all. Please help as this was one of the first games I ever played and I would love to relive my childhood again.

There was this game on the PC where this guy was from space i believe or he had some kind of body suit. For some reason he was going to different worlds. In each world he had to reach the end of it. I think he wore blue and yellow but I'm not sure. It was 3d and it's old. I remember that there was a medieval world and you could use the enemies weapons after you defeated them. You usually start with your fist or maybe you could bring weapons from previous worlds I don't remember. I remember there was like an action button and when you pressed it he would say. "Oh?" like he was confused if there was nothing to interact with. If he did something right he would say "okay!" confidently. If you lost you had to go back to the start of the level I think. Not sure is it was on other systems but I doubt it. I remember the movement being a little wonky. Almost like little big adventure kind of movement I think. Anyway, I hope that covers enough form someone to figure it out. It was fun to me as a young kid.

First hello everyone. I literally signed up for this so i hope it will work. I've been looking for this game for years. I've found a movie "Warriors of Virtue" after years of research so i hope i will find the game too :).

Here are the things i remember.

It was a PC game. Game's background is like Windows "minesweeper", its square by square. And you are this blue thing covering 1 square with a big eye. Everytime you move the monsters moves too, you take a step and monsters gets close to you. If you stand still monsters doesnt move (kinda like turn-base but both you and monsters moves at the same time). You have weapons to kill monsters, you start with a bubble weapon, you can get rocket, mines, decoys, bombs, and best weapon ever TRIPLE BUBBLE from chests. You kill monsters and you move stage by stage, you can go back to past stages.

Theres another thing i remember, theres a gamble stage in the game, you bet your mines or rockets etc in poker to earn more ammo.

I hope someone can help me out. This one has been itching me for quite some time.

Alright, this one is pretty vague, but I'm gonna post it anyway. All I remember of this game were bits and pieces.
-Windows 3.x
-Release date was probably early to mid 90's
-It took place in a haunted house
-Had a 2D, cartoonish style
-It was a point/click adventure-type game, similar to something like Putt-Putt
-There was a room in the house with animal trophies mounted on the wall; when you clicked on them, they came to life
-It was not Jan Pienkowski's Haunted House, nor was it Gahan Wilson's Ultimate Haunted House, nor was it Harry and the Haunted House, but it was similar to all three of them.

Been looking for this for years....I think it was in the 90's or 00's. It was a simple timed game on PC....I think. animals would pop out of a science beaker like thing and you had to place them in a row you choose. The animals however would be mixed up with (for example) zebra head, alligator arms, elephant body etc. I think...once a row was filled with correct parts to create a full animal it would disappear and then you would fill it up again. Help! and thank you!

An rpg where you are a team of 2 arena fighters, you get to pick what class they were (id always pick the guy with 2 shields and the guy with the guitar), you could buy strippers to give you health in between rounds xD. There is also a tavern where you meet 2 other arena brawlers. One guy is like made of stone where the other is a little girl. It was pokemon-style turn based fighting, but if your character was "light" it could go 2 turns faster than, for example a big shielded guy. This was my favorite game and now i cant find it ;-;

That's almost certainly Azure Dreams. ...it was released for PS1 and GBC though, not SNES.

It's not a SNES game but Azure Dreams for PS1 fits the rest of that description. Here are some screenshots.

Thats the one, although its definitely the GBC version i played not the PS1. no wonder i could never find it i was so set on it being a snes game. i must have gotten it mixed up with what emulator i played it on, i was playing alot of emulated stuff around the time i played this.
