I'm searching for an old game that i played in 2001 but I'm 100% sure it was developed in the 90s it was a 2D game the main character was small green looked like some kind of mutant because at the beginning of the first level in front of the character there was a rolling barrel with radioactive sign. The background as i remember was black the place looked like a jungle with a trees and the "green mutant" should jump over barrels ,traps, climbing the trees..When the game was launched before beginning to play before showing any menu there was again a black background and the screen was fulfilled with theese green small "mutants" that is all that I remember about the game.
Are you talking about Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee?
No, it's not Oddworld. But thanks for helping.

So I remember playing this game in 1996 for the PC (interactive fiction). You wake up and are in your cabin aboard a spaceship. It's a text driven game, early rpg, where you collect items to eventually (I think) escape whatever planet you've crashed into. I remember the game had some back talk if you typed inappropriate things.
It was not Planetfall, despite it sounding like this.

For more description. There is an image (static) on the top screen, and you type your commands below it. So if you looking at like a glass, an apple, and a ruler and type "pick up apple" it will put it in your inventory. Basically it was set in space and you were solving puzzles, etc. It's sad to admit that this game pops into my memory, and I can never remember the name.
It probably isn't, but might this be a Space Quest game?

As a kid I remember playing some PC game, probably at school, so it had to have been mid 90's and early 2000's and educational.
What I vaguely remember is what looked like a boutique with the counter on the left side and a female animal character. I think the object was to pick out various articles of clothing and the price of the items had significance. Maybe it was having to pick articles that amounted to or did not surpass x-amount..it was a money game basically.
Other animal characters would come in..I think they chose articles of clothing and you were to add them up? Or find items yourself that matched their funds?
I googled and googled but have found nothing. I tried boolean and simple searches to using specific words and phrases and time spans. I don't remember it being a part of a larger game but it may have been. I looked through the House Series games by Edmark and it would probably be under Millie's Math House but the graphics are too simple and watching PlayThroughs didn't reveal anything familiar (as far as this game goes. I actually was looking for that series too but obviously I found it)

The graphics, as I recall, were more sophisticated than the House Series' graphics with shading and details. I don't recall much about the actual animation.

Any ideas?

Hello!

Here's what I remember:
The two protagonists are a man and a woman. The man is a typical superhero type but is rather stupid, his name ends with man but I don't remember the first part. The women is smart, like scientist smart.

There's a 2D Hot Air Balloon puzzle, increase hot air, reduce hot air. The screen was green, outline of a mountain and both you and the PC had Balloons.
There's a puzzle that involves a beam going into a mine/cave entrance, then the player tilting (2D so moreso angling) mirrors to get the beam to melt ice.

The game has somewhat a cartoony feel to it.
This would've been on Windows 95.

Other games around during this period
Decent
Detective Barbie in The Mystery of the Carnival Caper
Math Blaster

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Something like Gateway (1992) and Gateway II (1993)?

Hello guys,
I can't remember the name of a game I played almost 10 years ago. The game (or a level, I can't remember exactly) started in third person, with a scene where you are underwater, without an arm or a leg (I'm not sure about that though). Then, you emerge and it becomes a first person shooter and you start shooting enemies. That's all I can remember :/

So, I need some help from those of you who might have played Mac games back in the 1980's. Usually my brain remembers everything but I can't seem to remember the name of a game I used to play a lot when I was a kid. Despite Google searches with keywords, I'm coming up empty. This is what I remember about the game:

1. You started out in an office on an island where you could do a number of things including: watering your plant (which would wilt if you didn't take care of it), a computer, a newspaper, a safe (that I could never open).

2. I think the point of the game was to take over 5 businesses on the island. Each business made their own unique item.

3. You were in competition with another corporation. When you took over a business it had a sign above it that would say "Aloha Industries" but if the other corporation took over they had a bigger sign that would erect above the business.

Anyone help me here?

Hey yall , so I've been trying to find this game for years ,it's an old side scrolling pc game. It starts with a guy standing near a car and the first thing you have to do is jump on the car and then a fence that's all I remember really, also that was very hard to do at least for 6 year old me. :D

Hello everyone. I was searching for a game and stumbled upon this site. I can't for the life of me remember the name of this old Windows PC game. It was a point and click adventure type game. The game came on a disc bundled with hundreds of other games (I think). The main character was a guy who seemingly got locked out of his own apartment. I remember bits like getting a coin or something out of a payphone and a red brick wall with a window and a girl with her back towards the window on the upper floor. I also remember a travel agency in the game and a bum on a park bench or something. I remember there was a bar you could go into but if you ordered an expensive drink you'd lose the game because the guy didn't have any money. I think I remember if you ordered an iced milk the bartenders head would disappear. Sounds crazy but does anyone know? It was in the early 90s I believe. Thanks in advance.
BUMP please

Hi everyone
I played a game about ten years ago on ps1. I remember everything about it except the name xd
It's a third person game, you play as an alien and i think you can play as a human in campaign. You shoot like this blue things from a device on your hand that follow the enemy and you can summon all kinds of monsters. I remember a bat shooting green circles, a fast creature shooting a red ball from it's mouth, and a purple creature that spins and does damage with it's nails. Also you can play PvP on split screen, where one of you is the alien and the other is the human.
Thank you in advance :)

Hey everyone, first time user here. This is a complete long shot and I don't expect it to be answered. My girlfriend has been trying to figure out a game she played when she was younger but she hardly remembers many details. The only thing I have to go off of is that it was a pixelated floppy disk game she believes was about guessing stuff, and there were pink screens involved. Like I said it's a complete long shot but maybe if you have any suggestions I can bounce it to her and she if it unlocks more of her memory about the game. Thanks a bunch!

I used to play a game in the early 2000's that was a brick breaker. It appeared as if you are looking up at the sky with four walls surrounding your view. Don't remember if it was always a view of the sky or just clouds. Anyway, there were bricks in front of you. There was a somewhat decent size clear square paddle that, as you broke the bricks, would react to different power ups including multiple ball and one where if you caught the ball, it would stick to the paddle and then click to release in a new location instead of just bouncing off.. There was another power up that allowed the paddle to increase in size or shrink. The power ups would come towards you and you would have to choose if you wanted it or just watch it get bigger towards you and disapper.
I have searched the web and can't seem to find any answer much less graphics of the game play. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been bugging me for the better part of the last month.

Hi guys,

2 games I remember playing in 90s/00s on the PC.

Right, can anyone help me. For the past week or so, I've been trying to think of the name of 2 PC games that I used to play when I was younger but I can't and it's starting to drive me insane.
1) This one was a 'journey' game where you moved your way through a 'island' and you had different activities to complete. What I can remember there was a scene/level with berries and you had to put them on like an Aztec-y type wall with monkeys (?), another with a mine and gems in it and another with a shed outside in the dark and it had a dish and a spoon and it sang the song to you. I'm not sure if you had to collect gems or letters throughout the game?
2) This one I can remember being blue and red themed and you played a little mechanic/racing driver and your aim was to build racing cars from scrap/parts to beat the main bad (?) guy. You moved up and down levels on the screen (a bit like snake and ladders).

I really have no idea if I've made these up or not but if anyone has any ideas, PLEEEEAAAASE let me know because I've just spent an hour googling stuff and nothing came up....

Hi everyone,
Could you guys help me find the name of a game that required you to collect crystals/diamonds? It was a game similar to supaplex in a way because the crystals/diamonds were trapped. You had to arrange some of the oval blocks in such way that it blew up the barrier and gave you access to the crystals/diamonds.

Now, there was a dot that moved all on the edges on the path I made (like in supaplex the grass was mowned everywhere I walked). All I had to figure out where to move and how to move the oval blocks in order for the dot to move on the specific edge and make the barries blows up & I collect my crystals/diamonds.

The whole setting was in a black or cosmic surrounding.

Guys, you will be my hero if you help me identify the name of this game!!!!

Fingers crossed!!!
Thanks!!

So I have 2... very old pc games... (windows 95/98 I think)

The first is very vague and would have been in the 90s or very latest early 00s, I'm pretty sure it was set in a circus, but it was set in French and taught you some french words, it also had a game with shapes such as trapezius and rhombus and diamond... and there was another game that involved snake charming. That's it that's all I remember.

The other is one I played in school in the 90s early 00s, it was like a factory and you have to complete challenges, I can't remember exactly I think the factory was for making milkshakes or something and you had to go through the stages of the production line and there were challenges and situations that occurred along the way that you had to complete... bit vague I know - any and all suggestions welcome!
Bump :)
Does really nobody know either of these games? Somebody must have an idea on at least one of them?!
Aaaaand... bump :)
