I am looking for a PC game from early 2000's that was set in medieval times. I remember walking around in a castle, going into soldiers rooms searching their chests and reading their letters or stealing their clothes. And when i wanted to see what my character is wearing it would show it on Leonardo Da Vinci's Vitruvian man. This is all i can remember about the game i hope someone can help, been searching for years. Thanks...

Single player game,

It was a ps1 or ps2 game, Strategy / fighting game, you had your dinasty (if we can call them so), you had to conquer outposts, everytime you did a "Move"(like conquering, or sending troups), the whole world would react, sometimes you had to fight, the game would then, change style and become a fighting game ( 1 vs 1 if i remember correctly, and it was an arena it was not 2D like street fighter ), if you win, you would conquer the outposts otherwise you would just lose troups (not sure though).
it was an oriental based game ( i think japanese? ).
if i remember correctly, you could buy things ( not entirely sure )

TL;DR

Single Player.

Ps1/ps2 game.

in the "Strategy" mode, it was a Map, with a bunch of outposts, you could conquer them.

Strategy/fighting

Strategy because you could choose where to send troups (With troups i mean Warriors)

Fighting because when you did a move, im pretty sure you had to fight, and the game changed to a fighting game.

Pretty sure it was an historical game. (no weapons like guns or something like that)

Japanese style ( or oriental in general )

You could move your troops to start a fight, after the fight started, the game changed to a fighting
type.

Enemies could conquer you [not entirely sure, but i remember that your outposts could be destroyed]

pretty sure the game is around the age of 2000 to 2011.

Thank you all!

I can't remember a game between from 2002-1998 and I was like 5 years old since I played that game. This only the things I remember about the game.
-Somewhat similar to the graphics of age of empires 2 age of kings.
-You gain units from giving birth from matchmaking a male and female villager by making them go to a sort of building But you need to wait until the baby grows up.
-Units leave skeleton when they die
-You can collect sort of materials from the ground like marble, wood, stone and can even find treasures in the map.
that's all i can remember pls help
btw i think it's some kind of RTS
Sound like Virtual Villagers. Maybe not cuz marble, wood, stone n stuff. There is just food and tech points there. Maybe some sort of a sims game like Sims Castaway stories, like I said idk.
no that's not the one.
let me give you other things that I remember:
-your unit color is blue and they wear some kind of viking helmet and you're enemy unit is red or somewhat orange and they wear crusader helmets
-its literally a RTS of some kind where you fights, upgrade, build to defeat the enemy
srry if I got you confused

second game i only know it from its cover all i can say is you play as a blue skinned soldier with glowing eyes you sneak behind enemies and kill them, and you have a naked chest, i think i heard you use parachute from times to times but i'm not sure, the game is for playstation 2

one last game i'm not sure about the title or the game play itself but all i can recall is the main character is a cartoonish looking kid with big fangs and really big hands with what looks like gloves with claws on them, you climb around and you fight some stuff if i'm not mistaken the kid is called Blink i don't know the console or anything else other than that i'm not even sure about the MC's name but that's all i can recall, i saw the game's trailer at E3 sometime in the very old past
about number 3 i found out about it just today it's called Vex for the playstation 2, and it's considered to be a very bad and tiresome game anyway at least now i know what it's called, and the kid is called Vex not Blink i got confused between Blix the time sweeper and Vex
The second one is Rogue Trooper.
thanks i already knew that, previously i got all the answers
the first is courier crisis
second is rouge trooper
third is Vex
the main thing they all got is that they are very poor games , still i'm glad i found them

Hey everyone I'm searching for a ps2? Game. I believe it had 4 characters but I only remember 2. One was a fire user girl who was a tomboy with red hair. Another was a boy who fought with wind. I think you could play Co op and pick your character and you would run around a big open map in a hack and slash style, similar to Dynasty Warriors. I don't remember much else. Believe it was around 2001 as I was playing Dark Cloud as well.
I think that's Mystic Heroes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AD9eM9nQ8u8 but probably not

Yea that's it!! Thanks so much.

This one may be almost impossible based on my description and faint memory of the game. Im not sure whether the game was on CD or floppy disk or just downloaded from the web, i simply remember playing the game on my dad's computer years ago and it was a maze or different levels with different mazes which you could tilt, and try to get a ball to get to the end. It was 3D, there were holes which u could fall in, and i think you could change the skin of the ball, if i remember correctly one skin was an 8 ball. Hope someone can help thanks.

Hello everyone the game im trying to find is a computer game i played on a pc with my cousins in the mid 2000s i think it was realeased in the early 2000s or so it was single player and it was fantasy based i think since some of the characters were like humanoid animals. It was 3D and took place on an island you could travel around and do whatever you want as well as fight monsters and you could get other characters in the world to join your party.I dont remember there being alot of npcs besides the characters that you got to join your party i dont think it was like typical rpgs it also was point and click and had a cartoony art style to it i remember we got the game without access to the internet so i think we may have got it from a cd

My most vivid memories are being in some sort of science building and there's a scientist working on an alien - who then jumps on and kills the scientist, smashing the glass. This is the intro to the game if I remember correctly.

There's a subway/metro type area too and as far as I can remember, not all enemies are aliens, they're human too.

There's a variety of weapons to use from pistols to an electric claw type weapon.

I hope this rings a bell for someone, I would be eternally grateful!
Bumped! Any help?

It was likely The Labyrinth Plus! Edition, one of the games that came with Microsoft Plus! for Windows XP. If not, here's a list of similar games.

Maybe the Chronicles of the Sword mode from SoulCalibur III? I vaguely recall something similar for PS1, but I don't play enough fighting games to remember.

This PC game is First person shooter but you dont move in it,its about defending a fortified beach from enemy army, the game looked 3D BUT you cant move in it! You can only fire your machinegun and i think there are other weapons.
The enemy armies you face looked like 1960s/1980s millitary technology.
The uniform infantry wore was yellow, simmilar to european/american soliders in desert.
The first levels you only start facing a few transports filled with boats of infantry, the infantry die fast to your machinegun, once infantry closer to you they start shooting and some start trowing grenades.
After a few levels against infantry the game gets harder, you start facing tanks who are on transport and start landing, they are really tough and you also start being attacked by helicopters, helicopters arrive at the same direction ats transports but then once they get close they start circlesling around you and shooting you, since you cant move you must shoot them aswell, later levels you start facing enemy planes, they act a bit same as helicopters but are much harder, they are really fast and they can escape in the clouds once they fire into youI have never beaten the game but the furthest i made it is when you also start facing large bombers who drop a ton of bombs on you if you dont shoot them fast enough, you face so many enemies in that level(i think theres also APCs in the game not 100% sure).
Although you cant move, you can still look around, you cant see yourself in this game.
The background where enemy come from was a sea filled with few small and big ships, tgey are just background detail though.
The game had decent graphics for its time and realistic sound effects, idk when it was released but i played it around 2005-2009,but pc technology in my country wasnt so popular so who knows when it was released
Thanks!
Possibly one of the later games in the Beach Head series?

Been looking for this game off and on for a few years, this is the first time I've come across this forum, so maybe someone here can help.

Game was a sort of exploration game for the mac, a historical/educational thing set in the age of exploration. The parts of it I remember were sailing around the coast of Africa, occasionally sending parties ashore, trading, etc.

The game had voice, and I can specifically remember when you'd end a trade or something, one of the phrases t would say was "Vaya con Dios."

I unfortunately don't remember the maker, but it was early-mid 90s (somewhere in the range 92-95?).

I'm looking for a game i played on my PC from the mid 90's. Around the same time i was playing 'The Lion King' and 'Aladdin'. It was very much like Arkanoid, but NOT. I've tried so many versions of Arkanoid but they are the more recent ones. It had over 100 levels with each level consisting of a different pattern of picture. Some even had blocks that were unbreakable and you spent hours trying to get the ball through the maze to destroy one remaining brick.

Also looking for a website that i used to download all sorts of puzzle games from. More in the 2000's, it had this one game i slightly remember to be called brick breaker or something, where you had to click bricks of the same colour to make them disappear and try to clear the board. There was puzzle mode and endless mode. But the site had heaps of games like this. Usually you could get a free trial of the game, about 1 Hour and then you had to pay for it. (But i would always use the free trials every day lol)

Anyway....This is a long shot but hoping someone will know. I've used up every other avenue to remember!

Well, I'll try again. This is an arcade game of the late 80's, early 90's, more or less typical sidescroller action game, where you could use several vehicles, anything from bikes to robots, and when your vehicle was destroyed, you'd control a tiny human sprite with just a gun.

It sounds like Half Life. Although it's not a MS Dos shooter, it matches the description perfectly. It was the first game where the enemy (soldiers who try to hush up the failure of an experiment) has some AI by taking cover during an assault.
