I do not know if this is the correct thread or not, but I had a question on an old apple game I used to play. I know that it was a fantasy type game that had pictures only when you moved from screen to screen. I know a portion of the game was set crossing the ocean, and you had to be precise in your north, south, east, west movements or you would not find the desired island. There was also a room that had a dragon in it, and if you did not grab the shield in time, your were killed. Even with the shield, you could only get so many items in the room before the flame overtook you. I can not remember the name of this game for the life of me. any help would be much appreciated.

Hi guys. I am having the hardest time finding this game based on a few pieces of my memory. All I remember is it was a DOS game, early to mid 90's, possibly from a shareware cd. It was text based like Sierra's games, and had pretty crude graphics(looks a little like Conquests of Camelot, but with way worse graphics). I remember one scene where it was in a desert setting, with lots of sand which was yellow in color I believe, with maybe a camel(?) tied up at a post, a man selling stuff on a table, and a temptress type of woman was off to the side trying to lure you into a tent with her. If you typed to "go with woman" it would give you a lesson and the game would end. I'm not sure if the game was biblical based or not, but it was set around that time period.

I would appreciate the help if this sounds familiar in any way. Thanks!

Hey guys!

I am looking for an old game, most likely for Windows 98 (I was playing it around 2004), that was basically a game where you would choose all of the elements of the game. You would pick a character to be you, that could be: a car (many different ones), humanoid - non humanoid characters (Ex. soldier), or a hand carrying a gun (many different types). One of the characters you could take was a green apple, without face, only with white hands and feet. After picking a character, you would pick type of enemies, type of bullets, and, if you wanted, a boss for the stage. You could also adjust your character, the bullets, and the enemies, with a pallet of different colours. The goal was to go from the start of the stage (it had a starting line), to the finishing line, while following a linear path (without dying). I think it had a timer too. It was first person view, but I think you could turn it into 3rd person too (it was in 3d).

Thank you in advance for any help!

I've been searching for this game I played on Xbox 360 I think it was a arcade game not really sure but it was about surviving on an beach island or movie studio and basically all you were doing was finding other opponents and killing them and you find weapons and stuff to use there also was a security guard walking around the place patrolling and if he seen you with a weapon or using it he grabs you and take it either that or you escape from him I've been searching for this game for at least 2-3 years I was playing the demo of it so I never really got to do much besides whatever I could within 15-30 minutes of playing and then you would get a option to buy it or play another 15-30 minute match if anyone knows what this game is please comment and if you need anymore details I will try my best to remember thanks.

It was match shapes, a like teris but with you moving shapes around to 'fill out' bigger shape on the screen so it would dissapear. I remember the little shapes came on wodden platforms and when you finished the level you would get platforms with money instead if you had empty place. If you ran out of place for new shapes you lost.

You had tool to change/destroy the shapes? It's similiar to Arctic Quest by Alawar/BigFishGames, but with squares (I think?) and sharp red/blue/green colors, and forest/magic/crystal shards?/etc.

NOT "Puzzle Inlay".

So there was a kids game set in a futuristic city. It was played by me aroumd 1999- 2004. It was a collection of mini games. Upon entering each mini game a monitor would pop up bottom left with a colorful animated character. A cowerdly scientist, a military lady ect... The mini games I remember are all top down views of diffrent boards.
A contol a blimp around obstacles with difficult slide physics game.
A shoot a energy ball to power diffrent towers based around increaseing and decressing magnetic towers game.
A computer virus game on a triangle grid with the player having blue triangles and ths cpu having red. An arrow pointed to one side of the triangles and upon being activated would fire into the next triangle spreading its color and triggering the next triangle, you take turns turning arrows to claim the board.
A mech slug battle where with diffrent terrains. Water, rock and flat. You had diffrent available bottms to your slugs... tank treds, spider legs, and hovercraft. Then diffrent guns too. Thes guys moved on their own and fought based on outfitting them.
Maybe there was an assembly line pipe game too.
That was this game???

i made this account just to try and figure out the name of a game i used to play on my ps3 when i was younger. I didnt know the name because my father had downloaded all the games we had

here is what i remember

-ps3 game
-the entire game is viewed from a bird's eye view
- you played as a superhero (or maybe just some dude in a cape) who runs around a city grabbing people and bring them to a safe zone
(i think the safe zone was in a park or something)
-there were some sort of monsters or maybe aliens that (maybe i don't remember its been a while) looked like blobs of goo or other models i don't remember.
-if you ran into a monster/alien you would lose the civs you where holding onto ( if one walked up to a civ you didnt even look at yet im pretty sure it killed them too)
- there was a time limit but if you managed to get all the civs to the safe zone before time ran out.. well then... I'm not sure i was too young to ever finish the game.

so some of you may see why i desperately need to find out what game this is so i can finish it just for the satisfaction.
(one more thing there is a slight chance this game was on the Nintendo Wii and all this time i thought it was a ps3 game because i did have a Wii with a bunch of pirated games i didn't know the names of at about the same time that i had the ps3 (once again my dad got all the games so please i don't tell me how wrong it is to pirate movies and games i didn't know any better i was like 7 also i know i put a parentheses inside another parenthesis))

please help im loosing my mind over this game

okay. I remember being super young and my mom would take me to the library and you could check out Computer games, mostly the child ones to help add numbers and all that junk.

There was one game that wasnt educational. It was a point and click game game about a skinny dog. It was a game about a dog, i literally cant remember what all you did but i think there is an area with a fence. I think maybe you saved your owner? i have no clue. I think it had a one word title? and it was the dogs name? I do now remember bones being in it, maybe you collected them all?

I am so sorry i am this clueless, i've texted my mom and asked her too.

EDIT: probably released on PC on disc around idk between 1990-2010 i am so sorry

THere was this Star Wars game that Iremember playing to death as a kid in the library around the 2000's-2006's and it was a racing game and not Star Wars Racer. It was on the pc and you could build your own tracks and race on them. You also could set traps on the tracks like the giant sandworm thing could be a trap, thanks.

Hello everyone,

I remember a PC game from my childhood(14-19 years ago), you were controlling a character from third person view and trying to find cars with guns on them, some cars had pretty cool guns on them some of them were able to drop oil from bottom so that the chasing cars would slip, you were just fighting with other people in cars with guns. I do not remember more but I remember how cool it felt :D Could anyone help me about the name of it ?
Please, this is haunting my dreams! :D Help.
Spy Hunter 2?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1zTXKoSfoM
Thank you for the answer but I think no, because I remember being able to walk with a character from third person perspective.
But SpyHunter : Nowhere to run looks more similar to the game I ask, I feel like if I see it I will definitely recognize it and so far I didnt get that feeling :D
The coolest vehicular combat games I can remember, definitely is the "Interstate" series.
In "Interstate '82" (1999) you could get out of your ride and hop into others.
Thank you for the guess, I think this might be it. Even if it is not, it sure hell looks really similar to the game I used to play :)

Hello everyone!
I'm looking for the game I've played like maybe 10 (?) years ago. It was on PS1 or PS2 and it was two players game (maybe there was singleplayer option but i was playing only with my cousin). When you started the game you had to choose your character (1st player choose a man and 2nd player woman) and then you started on map where there was couple black vans and your opponents who dressed in black. When you defeated them you went inside building and there you had to fight with more opponents and i remember well that you could drink from vending machine to heal up. I don't know what was then because I sucked at this game and i couldn't go further. Thanks in advance and sorry for my english because i think i did some mistakes.
Could that have been Fighting Force?
Yes! Thank you so much man :)

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for a game that i played around maybe 10-15 years ago. It was a 3rd person fantasy rpg which i played on the pc. I seem to recall that in the intro there was a skeleton army or something attacking a village, with the main seeing this and trying to stop them. I think maybe he got caught and the game starts with him in a cell or something, but I'm not certain about that. There was a part in the game where you traveled to some icy area where ice monsters would attack you, highly resistant to sword attacks. However maces was pretty effective and destroyed them pretty fast.
Not a whole lot to go on, but I'd be stoked if anyone recognized this.

Cheers
