Hey guys hope you can help me out a bit :)
The game was for PS1 but I only played it as a demo

It's a mech game, where you're piloting a mech looking somewhat like a spider. I do believe it was 3rd person shooter. All I can remember was climbing around on houses and walls and blasting off the enemies.

i hope you can help me, i played this game. it was about a girl, who was an experiment in a lab. its a pc game. kinda like resident evil, but not resident evil (movie) and shes super strong and super fast. its a 3rd person view. of the main character. and i remember one mission was when you fought your "nemesis" which like resident evil is a man who was in the same experiment as you, but he didnt accept it like you did. and so hes a monster, and all the mean while your running from the people who run the lab. i do remember that to beat your nemesis in that mission you had to hit him in the back. or something, and pick up his Gatling gun. and shoot him with it. and when you picked it up you moved really slow.

i played it. around 2002-2004, if you could help me figure out what its called. i would be thankful!

i also dont know if it has been requested before in this thread. reading through 131 pages is time consuming. i did read through about 40 pages. anyways thanks in advance

Ok I am not very hopeful that you will be able to help me but hey you may end my searching. This is going to be probably a very vague description because my memory is fragmented when I try remeber this game. Ok so I remeber bits like I said so here goes. This was a stratergy/war kind of game (bit similar to warcraft in a sense)it was for PC and I think its like a late 80's/90s game.

I remeber in the campain your this person and you run from these monsters/people and you are saved by an old man/wizard. Anyway a few missions later you try build an army as fast as you can to save a outpost from a invading army (I think it mainly consisted of pikemen).

The other thing I remeber was that when you played a custom game you could choose from several civilisations and one could summon dragons and another golems (it took a while to summon them) and was done by a wizard/mage.

The other distinct features I remeber was that you could have the AI help you (which could be frustrating as it would build something irrelevent)so like it would take one of your workers and build something for you. The last key thing I remeber was in one of the loading screen (I think there were a few different pictures) There was a pic with a humanoid like thing with a scythe for an arm and a dark background.

I hope you can help because I loved this game.

I wouldn't mind some help finding an old game!
...probably late 90s or early 00s, was a 2D platformer.
You (the player) played as some sort of creature that looked like a lemming (from the game, not the animal), if I remember correctly.
When you started playing, he would say 'lets go', and every time he jumped, he would say 'hop'. Also, when he fell into the water, he would say 'help help', and if you didn't jump out fast enough, he would drown, making gurgling/drowning sound, and then the level would restart =P=P
I think I remember that parts of the game were typical platforming. Jumping on long triangular 'branches' that would slowly dip down and make creaking-sounds when you stepped on them, jumping onto wooden elevators or platforms, etc. While some parts of the game was about running from err.. something.. might have been a big rock, but really don't remember.
It was a very colorful game at times.
Sorry that I don't remember much more of it, dunno why I started thinking of it, but it's been nagging my brain all evening =D

This must be the best thread ever! Hope somebody can remember this game cause I've been looking for it for years.

I played the game sometime in the mid 90's, though it may be older. You could use magic by combining different elements to make a spell and I remember Fire and Earth _not_ creating a fireball to my great dissapointment (or maybe you had to learn combinations first).

The game was 2D and you moved from one screen to another with your character (a guy I think). I believe the story played out on an island and I have a vivid image of walking around a sandy environment. The feel of it was akin to the old Lucasarts games, a little cartoony.

Not much to go on, but hopefully someone remembers.

This is a hard one. I really don't remember much about this game but here goes:
1. It's a 90's PC game, probably for Windows 98.
2. You use an actual gun as a controller (sort of like Duck Hunt for the NES). I'm pretty sure the gun was green.
3. The game itself is a side-scroller. The screen scrolls to the right side of the screen, while the player moves to the left (opposite the direction of Super Mario). I think the screen scrolls by itself.
4. As for the gameplay, it's a First Person Shooter where you use the gun controller to shoot at small to medium sized green aliens that show up on the screen as you move to the left. I'm pretty sure that the gun shoots like a green goop, maybe green goop bombs that exploded on contact. I think some of the aliens may have had jetpacks or something.
5. The art style was very cartoonish, as it was a kids game. The buildings and the environment is very colorful, and the textures were very smooth. It's not like a blocky looking game, the objects are rounded off. The alien animations are really simple, like up-down-left-right movements, and they also shoot at you. I sort of remember that there would be some green goop 'stuck' on the screen for a while after they shot me.
6. The only thing I remember other than that is that after you beat the aliens you have to fight like a big alien boss, maybe a mothership or something.

I hope someone can find this out for me!

I want to know name of this birds eye view action/rpg pc game. Probably windows around mid to late 1990's. Anyways,
You start off controlling two characters. You play as the warrior I believe because the sorceress could die but if the warrior died you lose. The graphics are like the first warcraft/age of empires/starcraft but its not an RTS game. The first level starts off in the middle all the way to the south and you are forced to travel north to proceed. Come to a bridge over water. Complete objective by going to the right or east. If go west find a ruined? town? with hard to kill Golemn? for bonus gold? exp?.
Later levels eventually get to a shop interface to buy shields armor, etc. Get to impossible level with mages that shoot Lightning beams at long range and massive dmg. Recruit one mage eventually but only one so thats as far as I got. Was long time ago so do not remember the details so thats what all the ? is for. One level start at north and there is no fog of war and must kill many humans as travel to south. Actually not really sure on fog of war for any level. I looked at many post and looked up many games but none of them were it.

Most distinct details. Start off as a warrior with sorceress companion and must travel north to a bridge. Birds eye view perspective.

Sorry if I only give a bit of information, but it's a rpg game, in were you lived in a city, go in an adventure and in the middle of the story, when you go back to your homecity the city was set on fire. like a final fantasy style graphic game Dont remember why, dont remember how, It was one of those scenes that I can't take out of my mind whenever I remember ps1 games. Thanks

Hello all, there was this really old pc game that i had on a 99 games in one cd,
Basically it was a color platformer in which you where a green alien that crashed his ship (i believe his name was gizmo?) it featured some very creative art style, as well as the iconic motherboard sound effects. most likely from the 90's.
Did the alien have suction cup hands? I can't remember the name of that game! Dangit!!!

Could be one of the Rage of Mages games.

Hi guys, there's this game I've been looking for and it is making my brain hurt and also making me very mad. (I can only blame myself though).

Forgive me but I'm probably going to be very vague.

I just remember it being very old and low quality graphics. If I remember correctly, you were a knight? And like you are trying to save this girl <- (Again, im not very certain) and you are fighting monsters here and there. There would be nice music when you are playing. I also remember it has like an underground level where there's this big boss you have to kill.

But yeah, that's all i remember. Like i mentioned before, I'm sorry for being vague but it's the best i can do. :(

If anyone can help me recover the name for this game. I would be so grateful ^_^
Any idea at all of the year or platform?

Could be Ghouls and Ghosts, Ghosts and Goblins, Dragon's Lair...
I think its either on Sega Genesis or SNES. Im really sorry but i have no memory on the year =/. Sorry for the late reply though.

Ok - Genesis games could be Galahad, or one of the Golden Axe games maybe?

This has been under my skin all day. The game I'm thinking of is one of those educational, point and click activity games. I remember playing it on the family Windows 95/98 PC (I cannot remember which version we had), so the game probably came out in the mid to late nineties. I think you follow around a bird (possibly a woodpecker) and do activities. I don't remember much about the game, but one part of the game that I distinctly remember is building a tree house. You put the boards of wood in place, then you place the nails and hammer them in. Then you get to paint it. While you do this, the bird is in frame and you can paint his face. When you paint it, he shakes his head and makes some silly noise or tells you to stop it or something like that. One of the colors was rainbow. That's all I remember about the game. I know it's not much to go off, but it be awesome if anyone recognizes it.
