Greeting all, Happy New Year!

I'm trying to find out more about a game I played in the 80s, at a very young age. It wasn't on Master System or NES, I know that for sure. In fact, I think it was an Amiga game. You played a pumpkin that bounced around, evading baddies and traps in a haunted house.

It was all in black and white, or possibly a light green and black (like some of the 'Dizzy's Adventure' games). I remember the title screen featured a haunted house on the edge of cliff.

I keep thinking it was called 'Haunted House' or 'Ghost House' but no Internet/YouTube search brings up anything that matches my memory of the game.

Thanks in advance.

hey guys can you help me out? Im looking for this game for how many weeks now. I just can't move on.

well it is a game like Scorched Earth, Worms, Tanks, well you know what i mean. But it isn't just like that. What im saying is the view of the game is like that, but the gameplay is not. in the game you can play two players(the best part of it). You both play as Commanders and each of your bases start at the opposite end of a map. you can build turrets and stuff. you can build tanks, airplanes, boats, create soldiers. but it aint easy cause you have to control each of them. so it's a disadvantage to have so many units cause you have to switch to every unit you have to be able to control them and give orders. and some of the super weapons you can send a UFO, or a nuke bomb, and stuff like that. please help..
Mega-lo-mania ?

I got an account specifically for this thread.
I have a game that has stumped me for years. It was a text based adventure. It seemed a sort of space western. I believe you woke up in a small room either in or near a bar. Once outside the bar there were roads you could travel down but I could never get anywhere because every so often your character would need water food and sleep. There was a spaceship you could pilot by doing something with the seat cushion. There were these small rat like creatures that were mentioned a lot and I tried to interact with them but I think it was hinted at that they may occupy a separate dimension even though they left tracks. That's really all I can remember of the game. I played it when I was very young, and got too frustrated with the food/water/sleep limitations to pursue the game. But now that I'm older and have a better attention span I really want to try the game again. Any and all help is appreciated!

Hey everyone, i played a game back in the 90s on PC only, had a bunch of disks too it and it was set in the medieval era i believe. It starts out with the protagonist and another person getting attacked by wolves/wild dogs as they are camping in a forest, if i recall there was something odd about the wolves/dogs in that they were enchanted with magic or something. You end up trying to search for your arm and find it, and somehow (i believe with magic) is reattached at some point.

I believe it is a point and click and is in first person (though i am not 100% on that, i KNOW there were 1st person view segments), again there were like 8 disks if that helps at all.

Ok, this is bugging the crap out of me. It was a game for the pc in the early 90's for like, windows '95 and it was a horror game. I'm pretty sure it was 3D and it had really bad graphics, and you played as a girl. I think the game play was kind of like a choose your own adventure book where you would pick certain options and get a different ending based on your decisions. I think the name of the game had a word like monsters or Halloween or nightmares in the title but I'm really not sure. Please help me if this sound familiar!

Reposting this as I did not get any hits... Please PM me or Reply Quote if you know...

There is a game I have been trying to think of. This might be a hard one as I only have some sketchy details.

This would be late 80s early 90s PC game. It is fantasy based, single player RPG game. Good graphics for the time. A 3d world environment. You were basically a night walking around exploring the world, fighting undead and other typical monsters. I remember the graphics were about as good as the game Myst.

I think the title was something similiar to Drakken or along those lines. No, its not Drakkhen for the SNES. Your main quest was to find (or fight) a Dragon.

Oh, one major thing. The game was buggy as hell. It would keep crashing at this one certain spot and you could never progress. I think a patch came out for it to fix the crashing, but I never got around to installing it.

Need help with title, don't remember much.
I thought maybe the game was baldurs gate but its not. I never actually played it but i watched my dad play it. It was on the pc though possibly other consoles too. Third person birds eye view similar to baldurs gate. I remember your could harvest resources like i watched him go into an icy landscaped area and when he would move the mouse over a giant crystal-like pillar of ice, it turned into a pick axe or hammer symbol and then his character would go over and start hacking at it with a pick axe. In this same icy area he fought monsters and it was like a hack and slash but i think maybe he could use spells, i am not 100% on that. There was lots of creatures attacking at once, i remember large spiders but the monster i remember the most was a giant ogre, orc, or troll. It had a huge hammer and it would try to crush you with it and the sound it made was reminiscent of the sound on law and order (you know, that 'tung, tung!' sound but only once)
I hope this is descriptive enough. Time frame was late 90's early 00's maybe

Hello, I'm hoping someone on here can help me. I've been thinking about this game for a while but I don't remember what it's called or what console it was on (I'm thinking Snes, PS1 or PS2) The only thing I remember about this game is that the main character used a gun (I think) and when you got a new one you could use the old one to upgrade the new one to make it stronger and/or more features (I believe you could also find parts around the world as well). Also I remember a side quest involving collecting insects (maybe just Beetles) and some were stronger than others to use in Fights against other computer opponents insects/Beetles...Sorry, I know this isn't much help, I know it's not very old (made in the last 10 years) I appreciate any help.

Happy new year.
I remember playing a game on the pc about 10 years ago. It was an rpg and there was a few different games. You're character name was the same in every game but you would be something different like a knight or barbarian. You had to build up a group of characters to use to fight. The combat was turn based. When not in combat you could see the entire map and could only move so much per day. That's about all I remember.

Hello, reposting.
I`m looking for a very old game, somehwere from betwean 1990-2000. It`s a PC, 2D sidescroller where you could play as 1 of the 3 classes - mage, archer and warrior(no not Trine, Trine is 2009). So what you did is, you had to walk through the dungeons collecting gems and fighting different kinds of foes, doing some mediocre platforming, you could also upgrade your characters skills if i`m not mistaking. And as far as I remember, I haven`t played this game in 10, or more, years, the final boss was some large skeleton with a crown.
The heroes all looked like dwarfs or maybe even Vikings, but it`s not any of the "Lost Vikings" games.
And yet again, if my memory doesn`t fail me miserably, the executable was called dwarf.exe or dwarf2.exe (cause that was what it looked like on my desktop at the time, cause I spent so much time in front of it)
Also if this helps, the style was a bit cartooney and it`s certainly not "Golden Axe" or "Gauntlet Legends"
I don't suppose Castle of the Winds is your game?

Hi there,
I remember playing a game, I think on Playstation (most likely PS2) where you had a little pet thing and you could buy it things. I'm pretty sure it was like a part of the game and you got the money by playing mini games and things. I thought it was an eye-toy game but i'm not so sure, it's been a long time since I've played it. I don't really remember much else. I think it might've been Japanese too...

Hi!

I remember between 1998-2002 playing an pirate game on our school PC's. From what I can remember it was called "Pioneers: Merchants and Pirates". You started out in a market where you could buy food, weapons(specifically canons and bunderbuss' to name a few) and also hire crew for your ship. Once you were ready you went out to sea where you would either fight oher ships(by clicking X's on the screen) or have to answer a trivia question. Often times you would randomly hit high winds and lose resources, or crewmen would revolt and you'd lose men.

It bugs me that I remember so much but can't find it ANYWHERE. The computer's were windows 98 and I'm almost certain it was some sort of educational game, as it was installed on every computer in the lab.

Thanks in advance for any help!
