Hey,

Maybe anyone will remember this game from around 1994-1998 (I think):
It was a space travel adventure game of sorts. I don't recall any space combat. You would go to space stations to trade. The interior of space stations was prerendered 3d (animated, seemed to be very well done for that time) and very funky/cheesy futuristic look. I recall a space-supermarket as well.

Cheers
Wing Commander?

I played this game a long time ago. It's medievil times, you controlled a Hero, you could hire mercenaries, and go on a quest to kill neutral monster. Dragons, boars, mercenaries.
I vaguely remember you had an inventory like the ones in Warcraft, the six slot ones. I've been thinking Age of Empires, but you don't build structures.
You could level up.
If you struggled with a monster, and got more mercenaries or whatever the monster grew stronger depending on your current "army". It's about 10 years old.
Heroes of Might and Magic?

there has been a game i have been dying to remember but cannot! i'm pretty sure it was a series, because i remember picking out the "new" ones at the computer game store. so it's for pc in the 90s. aimed to preschoolers. i dont think there was any plot except to make the center statue in the main menu that looked like a city colored by completing very basic tasks. i remember there was a recycling part where you have to correctly recycle certain objects. or later at the "circus" there is an elephant card game i think? at another point you got to make a terrarium for a lizard and change dirt types and lizard types. any ideas would be helpful, thanks!
could have been called "cyber" something or something "cyber" but apparently wasn't very mainstream - my googling skills couldnt find anything!

Can someone please help me? :'c

I've been searching a lot... for this game I played maybe between 2000-2007 and I really can't find it... and I really want to...
I think it is a platform game that has 3 characters a fighter(?), a mage and an archer i think... I'm sure it has a mage though... I played with him. In the beginning we were in a forest and there was a shop on a tree (i guess) and the mage was little and wore blue clothes and hat and after the forest as the game goes on we are in a dungeon i guess with bats (they're enemies), and there's water and I think we have to catch gems and all that. I think the game really resembles Trine but the image is different. I've searched everywhere pls help me :)

PS: I was little so I think me and my uncle used to call the game of the dwarfs or something like that because they were little or something... Oh!! and the game as a very soft music i think and beautiful lights~
Could it be Gauntlet Dark Legacy or Guantlet Seven Sorrows?
No... it wasn't those ones :c it is something like that but I think it is played like only with a profile view like from the side it isn't but I think it was a bit 3D but not that much. But the type of game was something like that at least the characters. It is getting very difficult to find it :c I've been searching everywhere to the point of going through long lists of games but can't find it :c
Thanks a lot for the answer though :)

I remember playing a 3D platform game on the iMac G3s at school around 2000 to 2001 in which the main character was a bug, an ant I think. Everything was scaled more or less accurately to how they are relative to real ants, i.e. blades of grass and plants were huge.

Another was a game for the SNES that took place in a dystopian future that gave me a strong Terminator vibe. It was a platform game and I think you fought robots. Your character was a human and I think wore a black leather jacket.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Alright, so there's this PC game from the 90s that I used to play alot. It was sci-fic and I believe it was a "vertical shooter" since I remember the screen scrolling vertically and you're looking at the ship as if you were above it. All I remember clearly from the game was that it could be played as Single Player or a Two Player, and if you beat the game the first time around the ship for first player would turn into a carrot and you fire stuff that looked like bananas. There were power-ups, I believe, and there was this level that had... tree dragons? Each level had two acts I think (kinda like some Sonic the Hedgehog games) and at the end of the second act you fight a boss. I hope that someone can help me find it.
Tyrian (one of my favourite shooters of all time)

Even better it is now been released for free at the OpenTyrian project.
Thank you so much!!! =D

Allright, here's mine. I remember when I was a kid. Back in the 90's, so this a fairly old game. I can't remember for what console, but MIGHT have been PC. It's a game where you can sort of shift between a helicopter and a tank, in game. The name Shadow something rings a bell. I remember the coverart to be very dark-blue or maybe even black with a pilots helm on it. I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME, PLEASE HELP!

You're a transformer robo-cop in the future. Must've been released 2000 or earlier.

It's a 3rd person shooter in 3d. You can be either the red or blue bot. They transform from hover vehicles to walkers shoot missiles or machine guns. They had police lights on top(I think). Weapons might have been customiseable....

Environments were...futurey dark boxy environments with slopes and lights.

There was a 2p vs mode, splitscreen. Where the map was divided into two colours aswell.

I'm trying to remember an old (1990-ish) 2D game for PC. It wasn?t one of the more well-known or popular games; I think I got it via download or on a 3/5? diskette (or maybe even a 5¼? floppy disk).

To begin the game, you chose attributes for your character (I think). In the opening scene, you learned that your home had been burned to the ground, so you set off from there. In each town, there were stores where you could buy/sell armor, weapons, magic spells, etc. As you left the town borders, you encountered enemies to fight. I believe that everything was in overhead view, until you checked your inventory or entered a store; then you got more detailed views of the items you had or could buy. If I recall correctly, each stage of the game required you to go to another town where the available armor, weapons, and spells were more powerful. You could also find (and sometimes buy) larger packs to hold your inventory.

It?s been so long since I?ve played this game, I really hope I?m not scrambling 5 or 6 games together in my memory. Any idea what game I?m referring to?
Castle of the Winds?
Yes! Thanks so much, Mike!

I played a game that came out in the late 90s or early 2000s. It was a copetition between a kangaroo, a man, an green alien and some other characters I can't remember. You had to pick ur character and try to beat the other opponent to the finish line ( in one level you had to climb a building while fridges and flowerpots were coming down from the roof, you could also hit your opponents with special weapons (bananas i think). Please help me figure it out, thanks!

Hello there! I'm trying to remember the name of this PC game that I and often one of my close friends used to play in my early years. I was about 7 to 11 years old when I played this game and I'm born in 1988. It was on windows.

You where flying around in a ship in 3d world, howering over the ground on a huge planet. I think you could look around the ship in 3d, but the ship itself kept the same altitude over the ground.

The ship you flew around with was very small from the start, but as you killed enemies (other ships), you got recourses that you could use to buy things to your ship. You could buy more squares to expand your ship, buy weapons, engines, sensors and a lot of other stuff. You could also build like walls around the components you bought for the ship to enforce it and protect your components.

That's about it, what I can remember now. It was only a demo I played.

Hello, I have this game in my mind that I played years ago. What I remember is that it was a computer game, a demo where you walked around the map, I can't remember what the map looks like but I think it was in some kind of junk yard or train yard where you walked around looking for clues in order to advance to the next stage of the map. In the dome you had to fight against hornets or bees and the way you fight them is that you had turns where you moved your characters according to where the squares allowed you to and then the enemy had their turn where they moved closest to you. Of what I can remember the demo ended when you reached a fence that leads into some kind of railway or something and then a message appears but I can't remember what it said.

I can't remember the name of this game and its really frustrating, if someone could help me I will REALLY appreciate it!!!!

If anybody knows this game or has any clues PLEASE send me a message to [email protected]
