I have been trying to remember the name of a game I played when I was probably like 10-12 and I have no clue what it is. I have also scoured the internet looking or at least it feels that way haha. It was a very early rts at least I think it would be considered rts. You started off on basically a parcel of land as cave men type people that just ran around the screen and then you built up a village then upgraded to a new age and another age until at the end you had alien space ships and lasers.

Definitely Rascal.
EDIT: Goddamn, that game is 100 times crappier than I remember it to be. I only had a demo disk of it, but it's been a while since i've seen something this awful. The music... Blergh.
YES! I mean,er, yes, that's definatley it, I used to play that game for hours, but now it does look kind of... crappy. oh well, cheers.

Alright, this has been bugging me for awhile. There was this Nintendo 64 game I used to play all the time. I remember the beginning cutscene had a guy taking a shower(nothing was showing, it was just the top part of his back). After that, the main character showed up. It was a black guy with blond dreads I believe. The game was a turn based battle RPG. I believe it was in the future also. I remember some aliens also. I also believe it has a resident evil 2 feel to it because once you entered a room, it was stuck on one camera angle in that room. That's all I really remember.

Hello there... Wondering if anyone could help me... Looking for a game i played 12 years ago on the ps1. All i can remember was you were a Guy who wore a red jacket, You started off in what seemed like a corporate building or hotel with several floors. You could go up and down the floors interacting with the people and you were trying to look for something. I think you were a special agent or a police officer. All i can remember after that is eventually you get to an area where you can get something in like a dock warehouse which allows you to breathe underwater and you can sear around a submarine for more. Really vague i know but any help would be appreciated. Also i think the character had blonde hair... he was relatively young as well.

I remember playing a naval game where you can play as different units. If I am correct you can play as a boat, submarine, and a stationary naval base (Has turrets which you can control them, I think.) I believe this game is from the mid-early 2000s, your objective is to shoot down enemy planes, bombers, etc. Graphics were kinda good as well.

I remember playing the demo version of the game, that's the only version I had. You can play it until you reach the 2nd mission, when you reach the 2nd mission you have to enter some kind of serial code or buy the full game. Also, I remember at the beginning of the 2nd mission there were new planes and the background was arctic, the first mission was just ocean if I remember it correctly.

Also, the game is 2D and for the PC.

No one has answer for that? =/

i'm searching an action rpg ps1 game set on a fantasy world in wich you create 4 characters choosing common races of those game types like dwarfs or elves and you get too choose job, gender and element too, in choosing the element you had really a great choice, not only the usual fire and water and similar but rock and wood too, you control one of them at your choice and the other 3 follow you in line, first level was in a forest and the last boss of the first level was a bear with an howl face

Which Megadrive/Genesis game am I thinking of?
Im sorry if this is too vague, but its been doing my head in for years trying to remember. I never got past the first level so i'll do my best to describe it, plus i'm trying to remember back 19 or so years.

I think the front cover on the case had a grim reaper type character, a skeleton wearing a black hooded cloak and I think he had a scythe too but can't be sure.

The game opens With a couple of pages of white text against a black background outlining the plot and backstory ( I Imagine).

You play as the hooded grim reaper character. The game is viewed from an isometric 3d perspective (like sonic 3d)
You start in a dungeon type room, you walk out through a door into a larger dungeon type room with burning torches on the walls. There is this giant worm that leaps from one hole in the floor, arching in the air and retreating down an adjacent hole.

Now all I can remember from now on is always ending up dead. I think the worm killed me or thinking about it there may have been a trapdoor i'd always fall down.

If anyone can get that from my sub par description I would be delighted.

Hello,

If someone knows this game it would be a miracle cause I played it in Russian translation.

The plot is that a man was flying in a hot air balloon and got into a storm or something. He lost all his maps. And my task was to collect all the maps. There were countries flying from the left edge of the screen and you had to find them on the map and put in place until it's too late. The countries were in beige or yellow and white colors.

What you're describing sounds a lot like Ultimate Qix (pronounced like 'kicks') for Genesis/Megadrive. It's a later version of the classic Qix. This monster is green though.
Oddly enough, I remember an R-rated version of this game called Gals Panic in arcades. The game mechanic was essentially the same, except you unlocked pictures of topless women. Kind of a bad choice for places occupied mostly by children.

Hi Everyone! I have 3 games from my childhood I often remember.

1. I think this was on the Commodore or the Amiga maybe. I'm guessing mid to late 80s. You were in a vehicle on some world that was used as a testing grounds for alien devices or something. You'd go around looking for various alien devices and try to equip them in your vehicle I think. I have vague images of a conveyor belt that the items would come into your vehicle. Maybe some sort of robot that would grab them. I remember that you couldn't always equip devices, like there were energy requirements or other requirements. Like certain technologies were incompatible with others. Edit: This was first person, 3D environment or whatever passed for 3D back then. You never left the vehicle.

2. This is an arcade game in maybe the late 80s or early 90s. Side-scroller, although I don't think the screen scrolled. You flew a little bomber plane trying to sink ships. I believe you did so by diving down at the ships. I recall you controlled your plane by doing loops. I remember just looping around and around trying to get the right dive approach.

3. Another arcade game. This was definitely around '89-'91 that I played it. It was a side-scroller shooter. You flew a helicopter or maybe it was a ship. There were a number of different upgrades you could get that would attach to the helicopter/ship allowing you to shoot down instead of just forward, maybe some homing missiles or something, etc. I remember it being slightly futuristic setting.

For some reason these three pop into my head now and then and I just can't remember what they were called! I know that 3rd one ate up a lot of my quarters but I remember playing for quite a while on each quarter.

Thanks!

Okay guys help me out here. I have no idea what year it was but most likely early 2000s. It was a PC game that had robots/machines and you started out with a base. I think you had to mine metal but I can't remember. You could upgrade your robot machines to make them more powerful and go off to fight your enemies. If I remember correctly the enemies showed up as red dots and they had different types of machines including aircraft and boats for the water levels. Each building created a different machine/robot and each machine/robot took a different amount of time to be built. If anyone ever played the game Age of Empires it was similar to that except with robots/machines. I'm trying to give as many details as I can remember because this is really bugging me
Would it be StarCraft? If it is you might want to also check out WarCraft which is the fantasy version of it which eventually evolved into World of Warcraft of course.. hehe.

Magic Pengel: The Quest for Color, although in most peoples cases it probably wasn't a ball, as kindly illustrated by Brad.
