I'm reposting this in case anyone can please help me?

I have no idea what year it was but most likely early 2000s. It was a PC game that had robots/machines and you started out with a base. I think you had to mine metal but I can't remember. You could upgrade your robot machines to make them more powerful and go off to fight your enemies. If I remember correctly the enemies showed up as red dots and they had different types of machines including aircraft and boats for the water levels. Each building created a different machine/robot and each machine/robot took a different amount of time to be built. If anyone ever played the game Age of Empires it was similar to that except with robots/machines. I'm trying to give as many details as I can remember because this is really bugging me

Ok guys I need help drastically, I have been killing myself of this for about 4 years. I have been searching for a game I used to love and play all the time roughly 10-12 years ago. I don't have much to go on. If my memories sever right the main character is a girl with brown hair and I believe her weapon was a boomerang, your party does grow as the game goes on. I do remember one section of the plot, you go to a village at some point and all the villagers are turned to stone, also I believe the last boss is some sort of big master computer or something along those lines. It has a Zelda RPG sorta feel with something like a Final Fantasy fighting style. I played this game on the PC but it may have been emulated so I don't know if it is for sure a PC game. I think the name may have ended in saga but I'm not sure on that. Any help you can give me on this would help me greatly. Thanks!

Hey there. I hate to ask, but are you not receiving messages when you log in or are you going directly to the page where you originally posted? There were two replies to your post in the last week (one of them from me). Can you verify whether or not they're correct?

You also have the sequel to Z(ed), Steel Soldiers.
And here's a Z multiplayer map that has water.

I'm glad I found this forum. Maybe you guys can help me. There was this game I got to play back in 1990, before I could really read. It could date from significantly earlier, though. It was a computer game rather than a console game. It came on 8-inch floppy, as I recall. It looked a lot like Atari's Adventure.

In this game, the hero was in a castle, or perhaps dungeon. He went from room to room collecting square pieces of a puzzle. The aim of the game was to assemble all the pieces in one room. There were various enemies, of course. I don't remember any kind of weapons (there might have been some,) though I do remember you could pick things and some enemies up by pressing the spacebar. And much like in Adventure, some levels had dragons. If they caught you, they took you to a room where you couldn't get out (and probably had to reset.)

I never owned this game or the platform it played on. I'd really like to play it again.

Im trying to remember the name of a ps1 game where, at one point you enter an underground area and there's lavae yoh need to jump across. I remember fighting snakes down there. I also remember you going down there to either meet someone, or rescue them. I know you play as a male. I'm also pretty sure the game is fairly normal but once you get down there, it opens up a whole other side of the game where its a bit more magical. I'm sorry for being so vague but I have a bad memory. I'm also typing this from my phone so please exuse the mistakes.

I can't remember the name of a free Zelda-styled flash game I played.

It illustrated the history of video games, where the items you collected added things like sound, music, and better graphics.

Definitely L.A.P.D Future cop, it's appeared quite a few times in this thread in the past.
Great game.

EDIT: Darnit, ninja'd by under a minute.

Ok, this is bugging me today, I played a game back on the Commodore 64 many a moon ago. It was a spacey kind of theme, I remember it being difficult. Pistols and Rifles were skills you could learn. You had to go into space station bars to interview new recruits to the party. I know the details are sketchy, but I remember the main floor tiling was blue. These complexes were pretty vast. I think there may have been a certain amount of points you had for movement and actions in combat. This is not XCom or Starflight and it's driving me insane :/

I can't remember exactly when I played this game, i think approximately around 1998-99. Not very very old game, it was demo for PC, can't remember the name. About some elf - or wizard, I'm sure it had green hood and crossbow - or simple bow and arrow (it's not Zelda); 2D, looked like arcade, bird's-eye view, closed world, colorful... great paved hall, pillars... character moving in all directions, firing arrows, killing monsters (spiders I recall), collecting potions (not sure for what purpose) and keys to get in closed areas by pulling down the walls... It may be bad game, don't know, but I really want to find it because of strong nostalgic feeling. Appreciate any help, thanks!

Hello! I am searching for a SNES game.

It was a 1D (I think, possible 3D) space game, it was a bit open world where you could go trough wormholes etc. to get to the next "areas". When you showed the map by pressing start/select/L or R, you got up a map that was a grid where you could see e.g your spaceship, your enemy's spaceships and where e.g wormholes/warp drives etc. to travel to another areas. I think the background of the map was black and the grid white... hm

I was playing the PAL version of the game.

Edit: I also think it was mission based game where you would travel space and areas to complete the missions hm

I was thinking about this game I played on ps2. I cant remember much about it but I remember the art style reminding me somewhat of darkcloud 2 while the gameplay was like jak and dexter games. The only other things I remember was the begining of the game you wake up in this guys house and you go outside in the rain where you collect some stuff (not very specific, sorry) and then I think the overworld at the beginning had a river in the middle blocking one side.

That definitely sounds like Evoland.

They're currently making a much bigger/better version on Steam Greenlight. Might be worth checking out?

Hi, I'm trying to find the name of this old game.

It is similar to Zelda I think in terms of game style. This is what I remember from the game:

You start in a small cave next to a town by coming out of some chamber or time travel device thing. You fight with a single hero that uses a sword. The sword can be upgraded into a wind, fire, ice, lightning sword. Each type can be upgraded 3x I think so you can charge and file more powerful attacks. The first thing you do is leave north of town to fight gorilla and slime looking monsters. You have to find a sleeping man in a cave and get some potion to wake him up and power up the windmill to open up another cave. The first boss in that cave is a witch looking thing that teleports around and attacks you with bats.

Can anyone tell me what was the name of this game? It was 2D also.
