I am looking for an older tbs pc game. You started out at a castle and had to fight skeletons. When moving it would be like in Jagged Alliance where it would show the footsteps. It was kind of cartoony looking and when two units met they would be transported to a different screen and that's where the battle would be held. There seemed to be quite a bit of levels that were in the dessert and I think it was created by a German company that was known for releasing games with tons of bugs and take a long time to make them fully functional.

It was a Japanese game...
2D, rpg type
The main character had a gun and needed to absorb sunlight to shoot, while another character was a dark type character...
The last boss was some kind of worm? If i remember correctly.

That's probably Lunar Knights for the DS...

The hub was kinda bowl shaped, but not a true bowl. Let me explain. When you appear in this hub you're standing on a grassy path and need to walk the curved path "down" to the center of the hub. You can't walk around the "edge" of the "bowl" because it doesn't exist, off to the sides of you is nothing but air. When you walk down the path and hit the center of the "hub" at your immediate left begins the display of the different worlds and they continue around your front and end off to your right. I believe there are 5 different worlds. I remember one of the worlds was an "earth" (as in dirt) world, one was ice (or water), and I think there was even a shadow (or air) one. Each world type was represented in this hub as a castle or gateway of some kind. I also believe when you defeated a world you gained the power of that world, but can't be sure of that.
This sounds a lot like the mission hub from Sacrifice.

I think I'm looking for a couple of SNES games. One was a space game, and I think between missions would would go to a bar place and could talk to people, it was like first person on that part.

The other I only have very vague memories of. I think it was also like a space thing but it was action adventure platformer and you were part of a group of heroes that kicked serious butt. I think there could of been a duck and other human-like animals, I could be mixing it with another game tho in that regard.

I'm looking for game I used to play on the Commodore 64. The aim was to rescue a princess from the castle by shooting what I think were ghost shape baddies and you had to collect a key from each room to be able to move on. There was lots of different levels. Cant remember much more i'm afraid but have had no joy trying to find it on the internet. I reckon there are loads of games similar to this one but it is driving me potty trying to find it.

Righto. I have one. FPS game, about 2002 I would guess. Could be earlier.

Mixing tactical and FPS gameplay. 3 teams in Multiplayer, two sides battle it out, whilst the third is a giant monster. Had a fairly sized map, and if my memory serves right if you were playing either of the two sides you could build stuff, in my memory the creatures were a bit froglike.

Can't for the love of me remember what its called, saw Papo & Yo ad on steam, that big thing reminded me of this game, cant say why though.

Hey everyone.

I am looking for an old DOS game where you played as a witch.
I can't remember much about it, but it was an adventure game. You needed to go through several locations, collect items, etc. I also remember that there was a constant melancolic music going in the background.
The graphics were much like Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis or Gabriel Knight 1, so there was a scene where you could move the character around and you saw her from a fixed perspective, but not from up above.

I think that the story involved the protagonist losing her mother somehow who was also a witch.

Update: I've found it. It was Plague of the Moon.

Registered just for this. ((Or not, guess I had an account o.0))
Pain in my rear trying to google this game because of what I can remember. It's an old ish (pre-3d I'm sure) arcade style fps. You stand in place and click the edges of the screen to "rotate" your view (it actually just changes the background). But it's a "hunting" game. I use that word loosely as it's more like shooting fish in a barrel. The only animals I remember shooting were prairie dogs in a field (that'd be a massacre after a while, unlim ammo sitting on a table) and live pigeons in a park. I'm pretty sure the pigeons were shot at with a pistol, which always seemed odd to me as a kid. There may have been ducks and deer as well, but I really don't remember them.

Google searches for these either come up with pages and pages of how live pigeon shooting is bad, or Prairie Dog Hunt Pro, which this is not.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can remember this one :D

Hello there!

I hope anyone can help me find out the name of this old PC games...

The first one was a game where your character must combine words and images. I don't remember exactly how he/she do that... But it's, as far as I can remember, something Mario-like: the character jump in the word and then must walk the level searching for the icon to that word... If he don't combine correctly, let's say combine the word pen with the icon of a cup, then a monster appears and start to follow your character... If you have the pink cream (ice-cream, maybe?) you can press a key to drop it over the monster in order to kill him (the monster)... This is everything I remember from the game right now...
EDIT: Game found by Jarl, it's Word Rescue (http://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/word-rescue/)

The second one is carmagedon-like, but the name was something like carnagedom... You control a vehicle (car, bus, etc.) armed with some weapons and must destroy the computer controlled vehicle. After each level, you earn some money to upgrade your vehicle and buy better weapons... Haven't managed to find any picture of the game so far... And I am not sure about the game name...

Can anyone help me? =D

Thank you very much for everyone help!

Best regards,

Miguel

P.S.: I am not a native english speaker... Please, forgive me my errors... You'r welcome to help me identify the errors, so I learn how to write better... =]

Hmm, i wonder if you guys could help me ^^
I've been thinking of a game where you drive a car - you could customise it with weapons (I believe) and customise the wheels etc.
You drove around a race track shooting other racers.
It's kind of like a mash-up of rollcage and demolition derby? That's the best way I could describe it!
I probably played it back when settlers 4 came out (2001-ish)
But it's been racking my brain for the past years xD

Trying to recall a game from my childhood, so 90's-early 00.

It's a point and click adventure.

I remember this really hard puzzle with mirrors that you had to turn to get the beam to line up correctly.

The 'hero' wore a red suit, I believe, with white spiked hair.

It seems like the 'villain' was a bug of some sort.

Help if you can.

Hello I hope you could help me. Thats an old pc game. Kind of logical game. SImilar to Supaflex, but not the same. You were a boy instead of the round ball in Supaflex. You had to find key to open a door. the were bricks. With bricks you could dry water. There were 4 types of skates: for ice, water, roller blade and for fire. If somebody remembers it would be great thanks

This one may be a hard one. I am looking for a ps1 game that I'm sure was on one of the old ps1 demo discs but I've searched endlessly through all the ps1 demo discs. It's an overhead action/rpg game where you play a small warrior and you go around killing monsters and collecting essences or something. MediEvil reminded me of this game, and it's somewhat similar as far as mechanics go but the 3D is completely different. I remember specifically killing blobs, but there were a ton of other monsters. Battle is not turn based or anything, it's real time. There is only one playable character and that's all I can remember. I really hope someone knows what I'm talking about, also I checked all the "famous" ones and it fell short on a google search. Thanks a bunch!

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and it's my first post.
I'm sorry about my english, because i'm italian.
I'm searching an old point and click adventure game that i played long time ago.
I can remember that this game was in first person view, was similar a cartoon and the history takes place in an hotel.
In this hotel there was a strange elevator, and you can move for a lot of floor.
There were a pool with an octopus inside, some big mouses that you need to feed with some cheese and a lot of riddles and funny monsters.
In this game there were also some gardens, and you need to bring some objects to open and explore new areas.
I really love that game but i don't know what's his title.
I always played that game on my PC.
Can anyone help me?? Please...

Bye bye
