There was an old arcade game that I remember from back in... '82? '83? '84? Back when my Mom and Dad owned a restaurant. It had some sort of Egyptian theme, I think, but I'll be darned if I can actually remember what the game was.

EDIT: Also, I don't think it was Tutankham. Those screens don't look like what I remember... but I was only like three or four. :p

Could it be Carmageddon 1 or 2? Maybe Twisted Metal 1 or 2? Hope that helps

This entire thread was so amazing, i had to register... odd how a topic can be just that good and potentially helpful. I'll see what I can answer from the realms of antiquity while I pose a problem child of my own:

This is an older PC game. Back in the days of yore, where shareware was EVERYWHERE. Small, obscure games where you paid the makers a small fee to unlock the full experience. One such game back in the mid-90's turned out to be an extremely fun 2-D space shooter, where you piloted a small, vector-graphics ship that seems to be the love-child between an Arwing from Star Fox and the ship from Asteroids (yes, I somehow have made such a connection.... don't ask, I'm not quite sure myself). You started off on the surface of a planet (basically, you were siting on the surface of a big vector circle about 50x the size of your ship). The planet had a gravity well that affected your ship when you got nearby. it had a small square in the middle that was the base structure. 4 white triangles at the planet's corners were automated defenses, and there was a colony structure (a rectangle next to the square) that produced resources to build with. The planet was one of many in one ore more solar systems, each with a star. The orbits of all planets were shown. The premise was you would fight against either AI opponents or other players, and colonize the systems, eventually overwhelming your opponents. The colony structure allowed the first planet to build barges, which would fill up with resources and be sent of to planets you 'claimed' by landing on the surface. the barges would bring over resources to build a new base, colony, etc. There were also moons or dead planets that could be built on, but no colony could be formed, so barges were the only way to get resources to build on such planets.

Gah. Got a little wordy there. I hope that's enough info, and I hope even more that someone has played this game sometime in the past... I know I'd still play the crap out of it with friends right now if I could find it. The all inducing rage my very short-lived stepfather back in 98' caused after formatting the PC out of spite, just because he hated kids...

Ok so,here's how it goes. I used to play it when i was a little kid,it was one of the many games i had on an old PC.
It was about a boy who got his girlfriend(?) kidnapped by some weird guys,i don;t remember who they were. The gameplay was mostly playing as the boy. You go through various levels,in which you have to collect fruit(?) to open a teleport-like door. Then, after passing the last level, you fight the kidnapper. He was in a saucer of some sort, but i don't remember how the battle went. You could also use passwords to skip to certain levels. I used to call this game "The game about the boy" because i was no good in English at that time. Any help appreciated, and if you find something similar, please reply with a link to a gameplay video so i can see if it's the one.
You know, I'm getting this odd feeling this is one of the Commander Keen games... there were multiple ones, but something inside is SCREAMING at me for you to check.

Not sure if you're even looking for it since that one was pretty easy to find (still have it in the old PC game drawer): Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate.

Second is Rpg adventure I think. You start as a noob, killing slimes or something, it has magic stuff. From story i think heros mother or something gets killed. I think it's point and click game, but i can be wrong. There was a lot of gore I think, and I think the name of the game is the same as name of hero.
Looks like Dink Smallwood, he was a real noob;)

It was a game on playstation 1 in which there was a cutscene of a person landing on a moving train then it goes into the game and you are at a place near the rails underground with a lot of containers. there were also two guys on the roof which you could shoot and if I'm correct there was ammo near by.

Any ideas what its called?
Thanks

It was a game similar to Mine Trap (http://www.old-games.com/screenshot/1929-1-classic-arcade-games-for-windows.jpg) but with bananas. You had to dig holes and trap bananas inside, then destroy them using your pickaxe. Anyone knows the title of the game I described?

In this game you build a castle and then explore it and talk to the people in the castle. Its a kids game, has 3d graphics and was probably made near or after the year 2000.

I used to play this game on the original Play Station With my younger sister, Basically you have a birds eye view of your car, race around a track knocking opponents of the track by force or Items/weapons.
When playing in multiplier you would be stuck on a fixed screen so if any one fell off every one would reset.
I don't remember to much of the main game but i remember the car you would be using would generally be in a circular room choosing between what level you would want to choose where upon the car would start traveling through a tunnel for that race.
Thanks
Potential hint, im pretty sure this game shared the same PS1 official demo disk as the unholy war game.

I remember playing a typing game on the TV. You had to plug in a keyboard for it. There were other games I played but I don't remember what they were other than the letters falling down the screen. There were colored layers that parts would disappear if the letter touched it. Once it made it through the letters, the game was over. I'm 30, so this was like when I was in middle school.

Hello to everyone, I ve been looking for the name of a genesis game. The characters are a cop with sunglasses, wearing a suit, james bond like, and a female cop which wears a suit whit a skirt. You can play both of them. I remember a level on a boat or something like that, and the term "bullet" that flashes when you find some ammo for your guns. You have to fight against humans then robots or aliens. It a 2d platform game, the gameplay is close to "james bond, the duel" on genesis too.

If anybody has an idea, i ve been looking for 10 years now to find back this game !
